Amazing product support!

I recently purchased springs for my RZR from Shock Therapy. Without getting into specifics, there was a single issue. That single issue was conveyed to Ernie and Justin. I received a prompt reply from Ernie, which led to what I can only say is an amazing testament to their commitment to customer service. If you are considering upgrading your RZR suspension….do it with this company. They WILL and DID stand behind their product and company name. They have earned my continued business for simply and proudly standing behind their product.

Great experience !

After going back and forth trying to decide if we really wanted to spend so much money on upgrading our shocks on our new XPT we found ourselves heading out west on our way to meet up with a friend for a week in Glamis. We managed to get an appointment to get a complete stage 4 RIS done. We camped at a walmart at Surprise AZ a few miles from ST’s shop and arrived at 7:30am and they had us unloaded and we went over all the specifics on what type riding we do and decided on what we were looking to accomplish and left the new Xpt there with them to do their thing. 4 Hours later we get back and it was done and ready to go ! Ernie went over everything and we discussed a few things and then was given a tour on their New shop almost completed next door. Top notch service . The next day they even called to ask if we had had a chance to try them out yet which we hadn’t but after a few days later after a few days at Glamis riding side by side with a new stock XPT,through the whoops and stuff there I was really glad we had the work done. I took a short ride today in Quartzite along a really rocky rough wash and was quite pleased with the ride in the rough stuff as well. So far really happy with the results. While it was hard to turn loose of that much cash in this case you really do get a top quality result. We put a lot of miles on our rzrs and having a great ride just makes the whole experience that much more enjoyable. They bring out the true potential in your suspension. If your on the fence like I was you won’t regret going for it. Its a lot of fun jumping a dune and landing like you jumped on a marshmallow lol.

XPT and Fox Edition front sway bars available

Front Anti Sway Bar System for Polaris XP Turbo and Fox Edition

Attachment 162513

Our new front anti sway bar for the XPT and Fox Edition are in stock and ready to ship! On the standard XP, body roll is a serious problem which is cured instantly with the addition of our front and rear anti sway bars. On the newer models the handling and cornering are quite improved over previous versions with the addition of a factoruy front sway bar on the Fox Edition and Turbo XP’s. But, the factory system is still a bit soft and allows quite a bit of body roll in corners which contributes to roll overs and slower corner speeds. Our new front Anti Sway Bar is a solid, heat treated bar that is larger than the stock system and adjustable as well. Some of the benefits to them are:

1. Stiffer system to limit front body roll

2. Three position adjust-ability so you can tune your front body roll to your driving style

3. More stable at high speeds

4. Higher corner speeds

5. More tire contact and traction while cornering

6. Quicker steering response when turning

This kit uses the factory sway bar links but you can also upgrade them to our Billet Aluminum, adjustable links. These not only look better but they are stronger too. They also allow you to adjust the system to make sure you don’t have any pre load to one side or the other if you have a bent A arm or any other movement that may cause a misaligned sway bar system. If you are racing and always turn left (sprint races, ice racing, ect) these links will allow you to pre load the sway bar to one side or the other. This will help tremendously if you are always corning the same direction.

These links are coming soon but are not currently available, check back soon

Our sway bar system is a direct bolt on item and will use the factory mounts completely. There are no holes to drill or tabs to weld. The installation of this system should take less than 30 minutes. A safer, more stable and most importantly, adjustable system is waiting for you. Don’t delay, order today. Glamis for 2016 New Years?

Are you guys going to be out at Glamis this New Years? I have been toying with the idea of getting some of your cross-over rings and maybe even some springs for my XP 1000, and thought it would be so cool (and convenient) to come by and see you guys while we are there.

Turn around time?

Thinking about getting my xp1k shocks worked (stage 3) how long does this typically take? My rzr will be sitting on blocks in a campground as we’re on the road and no where to store it . Also planning to be in AZ for the winter so possibly wait till I can just hand deliver them.

thank you to shock therapy

I just wanted to thank the guys at shock therapy for get my bent shock up and running in a very timely manner my wife told me you had a heck of a time getting it apart the shocks were brought in on Monday and back that afternoon so thanks to you guys and will see you Thanksgiving at the dunes:clap:
