Business Is Good

My small Business is starting to pick up now that it’s warm out.Which I’m very excited about. One customer did me a great favor and brought me a ton of stuff 11 concrete cutting saws,4 chain saws,2 leaf blowers , a weed wacker , and 2 ice/dirt augers , and 1 honda gx160 motor which is seized up due to low oil running on an incline!!! Hope to make some good money off all this work and I’ll start to work on my trx350 again and mabey make a build thread of it.Attachment 23734

Kenda Bearclaw HTR Review & Pictures

After getting more out of straight mudding and more into trails, light mud, and just general exploring. I sold my 27" Maxxis Mudzillas and after lots of research and help from everyone on here I picked up some 27" Kenda Bearclaw HTRs. First sight I could tell they were going to be a great tire, plenty of tread depth and tire pattern looked awesome in person! So I had to get them mounted, so after a quick bite for dinner, I loaded up the tires and wheels and back to work I went. Got them mounted, didn’t bother to balance, but if I drive it and can tell it needs it then I’ll pull them back off and balance them. Took them back to the house and got them mounted up. I grabbed a couple quick pictures, but by the time I got them mounted on the Sportsman it was too dark for a decent picture so I’ll get the Sportsman out this weekend and grab some pictures.

Here is a couple quick pictures I took.

Cv tech clutches installed

I just finished putting on the combo clutch kit for my father in laws 05 sportsman 500 and I mean wow what I different compared to stock clutch, very little moving parts like on stock, throttle response is right now lots of bottom end torque. All from a company out of Quebec and at a decent price for 650 (cnd) for both drive and driven clutchs. Just thought I would let people up in Canada know that there is another option as I haven’t seen much talked about this product.

400ex clutch issues (won’t disengage)

I have a 02′ 400ex, I put a new Tusk clutch pack on, with the HD springs. I soaked the fibers for a few hours, took them outta the oil (yamalube) wiped off the excess and installed them on the quad as per the service manual.

I tightened the springs down till snug and went a extra quarter turn, no torque specs in the service manual.

The cover is kinda a pain to put back on, its hard to tell if my lifter is really engaging but it seem like it is.

Problem is the clutch won’t disengage. The lever feels snug, has a little play and when I pull it, it seems like its properly actuating the lever but when I click into first from N it lunges like the clutch is not being pulled.

I went back and pulled all the billion bolts back out and re checked it and it all seemed good but I dunno what would cause this? The clutch baskets are not worn, they were just out and inspected.

26x10s on Factory Crushers..NEW TIRES!

Got my 26x10x12 Mud Lite xl’s mounted today. I was worried about needing spacers in back, came close but no spacers needed! Need to buy a valve stem for one of the front tires tomorrow. I’ll post a couple more pictures once I’m done.

Clearance with rear end jacked up. MIGHT be 1/8" clearance.

This little tire changer I picked up from harbor freight for $40 made the job pretty easy, had all four done in a little over an hour.

2012 Polaris RZR 570

p for Sale/Trade is my 2012 RZR 570. Adult owned machine. I’ve spent a lot of time going over all the common problems with RZR’s and doing preventative maintenance. For example Adding a waterproof breaker and relocating it higher, making sure rubber lines aren’t rubbing on other parts, adding an air filter shim and uni filter under the panel filter, LED tail light bulbs to prevent tail light melting, etc etc. I am meticulous about this machine and take pride in having taken care of it. I am in no rush to sell the machine if prices offered below are pretty darn firm. If you can’t swing that much or don’t want to then lets not waste each other’s time!

I will offer the machine in two prices. One….stripped down, as much as back to stock as possible The other with all the aftermarket stuff on it.
