I was told it would take 6-7 weeks and it was about pretty close (may have been a week later but in line with what they told me)
The trailer is okay… it’s not cheap or crap but it’s not something I’d consider high line. (but neither was the price)
I had a friend in Orlando and he offered to pick it up. Their customer service in helping him get the trailer was horrible. There were some issues and after waiting an hour and a half just to get them to look at it, he finally gave up and took the trailer.
I paid for a winch plate, it wasn’t there. I paid to have an access hole installed in the ceiling so the wires I had them run could be hooked up for my camera and though I paid 100 bucks for them to do it, they never did.
None of these are deal breakers but when you pay for something, I expect it to be there in working order.
The part that was poor quality was for instance, the rear tailgate door I had made 2′ taller. The idiots apparently never adjusted the torsion spring to accommodate the extra height and there for weight.
There is a step plate going in the side door and they put NOTHING underneath it so when you step into the trailer, the plate bows to the floor.
Anyway, got everything fixed or adjusted (except tailgate since the door is taped shut) and overall, I’m happy with the trailer.
I started getting the trailer prepped today so I can get it painted tomorrow to match the RV.

When I removed the diff housing from the swingarm, a palm full of oil came out of the shaft. Now I know it runs in oil, but how to refill fill it? How much do I put in and does it used the same hypoid oil as the rear diff?
Thanks for any advice or thoughts.
Description of problem:
After riding for a few hours on road/trail with little or no hills at 5-40 MPH with transmission in 2 wheel drive. Trail becomes steep and switch to On-Demand 4 wheel drive and low gear at times. After descending steep down grades and Engine Braking System engaging numerous times, begin hearing what sounds like “thumping” nose from rear on level ground at slow speeds. Increase speed and it appears to stop or go away, but if I slow down it starts again. If I run at 20-40 MPH for a period of time and slow down problem seems to have gone away.
Anybody got any ideas what the problem is or is it going to require a visit to the shop?
