I have a new rzr xp 1000 with approx 150 miles on it. I am getting a loud clunking noise coming from my rear passenger side cv where it connects to the transmission. It only happens over whoops/ breaking bumps. I can wiggle the cv Up and down and it is a little loose. The drivers side is solid as a rock. There is no change in the performance of the rzr and the dealership stated this was normal. Does anyone else have this noise/ problem? Any info would be appreciated.

Don’t mean to clog up the section with Aux Buss threads but Im going to anyway……
I installed Painless Performance Circuit Boss 7 with 3 constant hot and 4 "aux" hot circuits.
I have used this unit several times before so I stuck with what I liked. I originally purchased a Blue Sea 7 circuit unit but oped for the Painless unit for several reasons.
1.The unit is smaller.
2.The wires are potted and attached.
3.Comes with relay controlled Aux circuit/
4.Has a "weatherproof" cover.
I gobbled up the circuits immediately with : Rock Lights, Front light Bar, Front driving lights, Lighted Whips, Intercom, Rear Light Bar, .
I used tinned Marine and Aircraft wire exclusively.
Intercom: I installed a Rugged Radios "ultimate"4 place unit with DSP and the Bluetooth unit for music.
Very pleased with the performance of the unit, can communicate with everyone clearly without raising your voice.
Listening to music is clear and the VOX works killer to lower the volume when you speak.
I plan on pairing a 2M radio with it for backcountry Com.

I was wondering whats the best aftermarket parts to build my 87 trx 250x up, so it isnt all stock, both inside the motor and out, money is kinda tight too.
I’m thinking about running the same size tires and wheels front and rear. My thoughts are to be able to rotate so the tires last longer. I run around in 2wd most of the time and my rears last half as long as the fronts. Will the rear wheels fit on the front without hitting anything?
Hey guys I have a buddy wanting to flush his 02 Rubicon engine out. With this having the Hondamatic tranny would it be safe to flush it with regular motor oil or diesel???
Hey guys, new the to place here but here a couple weeks ago I got a very clean and nice 96 magnum 425 4×4. Took it on two good rides with a new battery soon as I got the wheeler. First ride went without a hitch, the second ride, lost all battery power. Turns out its not charging of course. So I dug on the good ol internet for testing. I read that the normal stator voltage is suppose to be 30-40v AC current from the stator, I get 230. and yes, 230v according to my meter (Snap On) that I use often during my day job of being a heavy diesel tech. I checked the trigger coil which is suppose to be 97 ohms, I get 103. all yellow wires are OL (no continuity) to ground and less than an ohm of resistance… batter voltage stays at 12.5 no matter the rpm. also during the second ride when I figured this out, It would slightly charge the battery for a little bit but then eventually nothing. If I reved it high enough, the 4wd worked. Now I have no charging from the bike itself and everything still works if I charge the battery with a tender. I also replaced the regulator just to eliminate it but I did get an ebay one. I did see 14.2v at the battery for 2 seconds at start up when I changed it then it went to 12.5. Can the stator over volt? such as my 230v reading, if that’s the case, It looks like I need a stator and another regulator. Thanks guys
Allright so my stock exhaust cracked at the muffler on my 2012 Rzr 4 800 and I threw on a Big Gun slip on eco. It sounds great but should I buy a programmer for just a slip on. As far as I know you dont need a programmer for "just" the exhuast only if you do more mods like bore, turbo, supercharge, alter max RPM’s….Let me know what you think!!! Thanks!
When transmission filled with oil and then RZR taken for a drive, oil comes out the breathing hose. Correct oil is being used. Any suggestions what problem is?
