Transmission Cracked

Hello,
Wondering if anyone has experienced Transmission Cracking Open on a 2 seater 2014 XP 1000?

Happened just after reverse chain possibly snapped, and next thing I noticed was transmission fluid everywhere, coming out of the passenger side and bottom huge crack in case.

So far I have replaced all axles, clutch twice, several belts, belt housing due to it warping due to heat…. and the list goes on and on.

Just wondering if anyone can provide any information on transmission casing just blowing out and cracking open…..

570 vs 850. First time buyer

Hey all.
I’m looking to buy my first quad this weekend. I’ve been riding for a long time but, never owned a quad. My CR500 is being sold tonight and I will be using that cash as a down payment for my first new vehicle ever!

I’ve called around to my local dealers and found some decent prices. I’m stuck between a 570 and a 850. I have pricing on base models with a 2500 LB winch and plow. There is a $2,120 difference between the two.

Comparing the two quads, I see that the 850 has 33HP more, better front suspension, 50lbs more weight, and approx. the same overall dimensions.

Anything else I should be taking into consideration??

does anyone have a winch plate they can get some measurements off of and send me. Trying to cut my own and rather first shot it than back and forth.

Primary Clutch Pitts

I removed my clutch cover to clean up my clutch before installing a dalton clutch kit. I noticed that the primary clutch has pits in it. I assume it’s from debris. Do I have to replace my clutch or is it going to be ok for awhile.

I have a rally coming up in May that I will be in so I will be running it as is for that ride but I need to know if I should start saving for a new one
