First post so hello

I have an 2009 800. My wife and I just started riding about a year ago. Our rzr is half worn out so its an ongoing project or obsession as my wife calls it. I hope to get and share some information on upgrades and repairs. Ride hard, ride safe , and we will check in later.

Question about acceptable suspension sag and spring upgrades

Hi Guys
I bought my 2011 850 xp with 400 miles from a guy that weighs about 400 pounds, is it possible that the springs are shot already?
The reason I ask is I am on the 3rd from the top preload and the sag is at least 3-4 inches in the rear and 2 inches in the front. I dont want to crank them up and get a rough ride in order to get my clearance back.
Should I crank them up or replace them and if so which springs to do you recommend?

Thanks

1998 Xplorer 400-voltage regulator/rectifier help

Hello

I have a 98 xplorer 400 and the regulator is shot. Every search i have done for a replacement shows a different regulator than what i have. They all have extra wires. The oem rectifier that is in there has only 4 wires. Yellow/red, black, white, and green. All the new aftermarket ones seem to have 6 or more wires of all different colors.

attached is the pic of what is in there now

Any help and direction would be appreciated here

Thanks

GSXR 750 with CVT

I have a 2011 RZR 4 800 that I put a GSXR 750 motor in. I tried the chain and sprocket route and was not happy with the gearing so I had a part machined to run the apex primary. I also installed a STM secondary. I have the lightest Yamaha spring in my primary and 104 grams of weight per arm. My problem is I cannot get over 55 mph and all the apex swap guys say they can go 80-90 mph. I run it in sixth gear all the time through my stock Polaris trans. Anyone have any ideas?
