Anyone with a HL put a fan on the intake tube of the clutch intake? Thinking about doing it since I smoked a belt this weekend real bad but it didn’t break…
Just got some Mud Lites on my sportsman 800. But they are 26” instead of the 25” that it came with, Will that change the speedometer and how much? Thanks Trog

I have a 14 trx400x and is bone stock. I have a uni filter coming with a 40 pilot jet also. If I grind the header weld will a 1 step up pilot be sufficient and can I safely grind the weld to the tubing walls w/out it cracking in a puddle? Thank you very much for the help. Someone said they ground the weld and the quad ran bad, but I have no air box/exhaust yet.

I am getting ready to replace the drive belt on my 05 scrambler 500 4×4. It is the original belt and I can tell over time it has been slipping more and more and is finally worn out. I see there are several manufacturers making belts for this application. My questions is, what brand is a good belt? I can get the Polaris belt for $72 but I also see a Quad Boss and Dayco belt. Both of which are cheaper but I want a belt that will last a long time and provide the quality like the original did. I don’t mind buying the Polaris belt, but if anyone knows if the other brands are just as good, or maybe even better?
