Gusset S900 Front end ???
It appears that previous years and models had a need for a gusset set up to help to protect the front ends.
Would the new 2015 S900 also benefit from such a gusset set up? The only one I found available was from UTVinc. It will be banging around East Tennessee and Eastern Kentucky most of the time, so if needed, who else would make a quality gusset set up for the new S900?
Also will eventually be running 30 inch tires.

Ride quality tire size/pressure?
Not sure if I should have put this in suspension or tires and wheels. Looking for the best ride possible for my xp4 900. Got the revalue done for my WE shocks which did make a big difference. Would I get a better ride with bighorns since I can air them down or mongrels? I know on the mongrels you have to run higher air pressure. Not sure how big of a difference that would make the ride? Would I also get a better ride with the smaller wheels/tires (lighter?). The two set ups I have are 28x10x14 mongrels on method beadlocks and stock bighorns 26x12x12 rear and 26x9x12 front on Diablo beadlocks.

4.) Sprocket if needed for the big wheel kit?
5.) Koplin roof/windsheild/rear window
6.) slam latch doors (if any vendor makes them?)

Cab plastic melting
Anyone have a fix for the header melting the rear cab plastic? Every time I finish a ride there is smoke from melting plastic coming from the wheel well and cab. Anyone have this issue fixed under warranty?
05 Outlander Max front caliper removal
trying to remove front axle with inboard hydraulic discs. do the torx bolts on the bracket have to be removed to remove the caliper? any suggestions on getting them loose? mine seem to be extremely tight.

Will a 96″ Wide Trailer fit a XP1000 2 Seater
I am considering purchasing a new open trailer. Does anyone know if a deck over trailer that is 96" wide will hold a stock XP1000 2 seater. They have a 90" wheelbase so it seems like it should fit. If you have pictures that would be great also.
