Just bought my first atv a 2007 sportsman 800 stealth black edition. Bought it to use ice fishing, plowing and hopefully do some trail riding. The quad only has 500 miles on it, from what I understand that’s low. I have been searching the site the last two days trying to gather information without asking the same questions over and over. I am looking into doing a clutch kit soon and maybe buy a set of wheels and tires. I wanted to change the exhaust but think I’m going to hold off until I hear some other ones out there to make sure that is a good decision.

Noticeable damage.
Twisted Trailing arm
Bent, upper rear Radius Rod
Bent Rear Shock
There could be some additional damage that I haven’t found yet. But really need a shop to confirm and provide Foremost with an itemized list of the damage and then do the repairs.

I don’t know if anyone on this checks this page, I do regularly. I have bought a few tires off of it, but do warn you, the list is not always up to date. and you do pay actual shipping, but it has still saved me a ton of money. They have quite a few condor wheels for the rear on there,wonder how these would work out all the way around? and if I wanted to run 26’s I’d start here. Just thought i would share.

My buddy has an 06 660 that goes in and out of gear fine but in drive when you give it gas it just sounds bad. Like metal on metal grinding down and it doesnt move. Any suggestions where to start?
