NORTH IL & SOUTH WI
I’m just wondering how many people on the forum is from that area.
Also there is a group of people on different forum that want to make a S.E. Wi. ATV CLUB… If anyone is interested , post your location with some short introduction [machine, type of riding etc.] we are looking for some place in the middle for a meeting/ group ride.
Greetings from Chicago Area.

MI Trail Maps to use with GPS
Hello all! Does anyone have a good source for downloadable maps of MI trails? Specifically the Grayling (and surrounding) areas? We are hoping to purchase a GPS unit before Spring and want to be able to download the maps to it. Any help would be awesome. Thanks!

Riding near Decorah Iowa, SW Minnesota or SW WI areas?
I’ll be in Decorah, IA for a few weeks in Late February. Is there anywhere within 2-3 hours to ride? I’m looking for larger riding areas. Any suggestions? Btw, I’m over 64" wide.
VHF vs UHF in moutainous areas like WV/TN
I’ve read the other older posts on this topic, but most of the responses are from guys out west that ride the dunes (open areas). I’m looking for a radio to communicate farther than a handheld will in the mountains, but also waterproof (if possible). I believe the UHF is the way I’m leaning, but was also thinking dual band VHF/UHF. Any suggestions would be helpful. Also, if you have an idea to install a non waterproof radio that works, I would like to hear about that. Thanks, Joe in Ohio
