850 XP rad plugging with mud

Hey just wondering if anyone has found anything that worked to keep the rad from plugging up with mud so bad I have cleaned my rad until it’s spotless and then go out and me and my buddy both have 2014 850s and they are fine in the bush running the mud holes but as soon as you get on a stretch more then about 5 min they both overheat I know the xp’s rear slanted rad makes it prone to this and my friend is doing a rad relocate but I need my front rack so that’s not a option love the bike but really sucks when every other machine is going through the same holes and not ha I g a problem has anyone found anything to help with this thanks

Super Dave Customer Service

I had trouble pressing in some bushings and ruined a set. Super Dave not only took the time to call me with tips on installation, he also credited my pay pal
account for the cost of the replacements I ordered. Definitely a stand up guy!

300 Sportsman Where is the oil coming from?

Wife has a 2010 300 sportsman. We were out for a trail ride and the quad suddenly quits moving. Still runs won’t move. Pulled the clutch/belt cover and it has about 1/2 quart of oil in it….not water..oil. Removed the primary and secondary clutches and found a seal behind the secondary but it looks good. What am I overlooking ?? This thing has been a money pit since I bought it so I really would like to fix it myself. Thanks for any help in advance.

Clanky Rotational Sound From Rear

I have a 2010 800S LE. The noise i’m hearing from the rear sounds like barbed wire being slung in a rotational motion, and it is speed dependent. I can jack the rear up and go through throttle range and the noise doesn’t exist anywhere. A guy I know who has done a fair share of RZR work suggested it might be the CV’s. If so no problem, but I hate to buy new shafts and that not be the issue. Can anybody else describe their worn CV experiences, or any other suggestions would be welcome.
