Recon 250 Master Cylinder

I have installed a new master cylinder rebuild kit and bled the lines. Can not get any resistance on the brake handle. I noticed the circular rubber disc in the bottom of the fluid well had cuts in it. Is this suppose to have slits in it or is it bad. Can this be replaced by itself or do I need a complete new master?

What do you have on your rack?

I’m looking to upgrade on a box/bag. Maybe I’m just looking to spend some money :icon_ goofy::icon_ goofy: Let’s see some pictures of what’s on your rack and what you carry with you. I need some idea’s for future additions.:lala:

Need help.

My power steering is heavy. I have no trouble lights on the dash. Volts are at 14.1 v. If I turn the buggy off the steering is real stiff. But when its running its heavy. It use to be super easy than we where trail riding and it got heavy. Thought maybe the mud had something to do with it but after I washed it is still heavy. Thanks guys

new 2013 renegade

A dealer close to me has a brand new 2013 Renegade XXC and now I have an 09 Renegade with 3000 miles on it and would like to get a new one. Whats the new 2013 worth and is the 2013 any different than a 2015? I also worry about the black plastic on how bad will it scratch?

Bearclaw tire rub

I just installed a new set of bearclaw HTRs on my 500 sportsman and the front ones rub the tie rod ends a little. Is it ok to use washers behind the wheels or is there some sort of spacer made for this?

Alternate Riding At ROTR

My wife and I had already planned our trip to Moab and found out later the ROTR is the same time we are able to go. We had another couple that was going to join us and they had to bail the other day due to money issues.

We have a 2015 RZR 900 Trail and are very comfortable with just about anything trail wise but, will more than likely stick to some of the easier and mid range trails. This may be our only trip to Moab before moving back east next spring. So, as much fun as the Rally would be, we want to cover as many trails as we can and not be limited to one trail a day.

We are heading out from Denver on the 12th and will be in Moab from the 13th-18th. If anyone is interested in riding with us let us know we are staying at the KOA.
