Was having issues with the noise coming from the starter area after engine was warmed up. Tool transmission out today and found flywheel had been scrapping back of the engine. Has anyone seen this before and do I have to tear deeper into the engine.

Six 14 yr old girls wreck rzr one lost her arm

Six, 13 to 14 year old girls in a two seat rzr that flipped, one lost her arm. Several hurt.
Happened at a birthday party for one of the girls.
They said speed was not a factor, but soft ground from the last few days of rain may have been.
After the Police arrived they found out the rzr had been stolen. The police said the new owner had no Idea that it was stolen.
I can see this accident will change the lives of so many of the people involved that it just makes me SICK.
This happened at Keystone Lake just outside Tulsa, Ok.
Praying for them, this will be a hard time for all.:sad::sad:

I recently replaced all my brakes on my 2002 honda recon 250 and the left side ( the side you have to get into to do the brakes) the wheel keeps going side to side. I got tubes put in the rear tires and they resealed them on the rim and the wheel is still moving side to side. The axle nut is tight and so are the lug nuts.

2015 RZR 1K Tensioner Rattle
We took our new 2015’s up the mountain last weekend for the first time. After riding for a couple hours we stopped for lunch. Fired up the machines and heard what sounded like a loose bolt or metal housing around the exhaust in the back of one of the machines, like a loud rattle of metal. It happened right when the motor turned over and lasted, maybe, 3 seconds. It happened only three more times the rest of the day. Our other 2015 does not make this noise at all. Took it to the dealer who said most of the 2015 1K’s make that noise and that it is related to the hydraulic tensioner chain moving oil into the motor? He fired up new machines on the lot and some of them made the noise but not as loud as mine. Has anyone noticed this noise, and if so, what was your diagnosis? If this is normal, fine, but want to be sure its nothing else.

Front axle pulling out
My front axle keeps pulling out on the left side. I have replaced the keeper and put new wheel bearings in and it still keeps pulling out when I tighten the hud nut. Does anyone have a clue to what might be going on?

question…is there a way to listen to the external speaker on the 2200 radio when you pull into camp or wherever without having to wear the headsets plugged into the intercom say if your listening to weatherman so group around car can hear?
