I new when I picked her up I would be calling Nick and Johhny for some parts to get her ready to ride. There fit and finish are superior quality and well thought out. I have a couple of guys workn with me that have a lot of mechanical aptitude so it was a smooth build. We have finished this stage except for a few bolts and washers. Here’s a few pics.

G2 erratic gear position display
My ’13 outlander 1000 gear position display has been going crazy on me. It will display any position but the right one sometimes. I wouldn’t notice, but when it says I’m in reverse when I’m actually in high it rev limits me, which isn’t fun. If I stop and shut it off or mess with the shifter or even the lights it works right for a little bit. This has mostly been happening when I have been spraying with it using an electric pump, but it can’t be drawing much power.
Any ideas?

Is it necessary to replace the fuel filter on a 06 rincon 680? How hard is it to do?

I saw an ad for "Dirt Wheels" magazine.
Is is a good ATV magazine or just a bunch of ads with no substance? If that one isn’t any good are there any good utility ATV magazines out there worth spending money on?

Need quick advise Outlaw 29.5 tires
Gang looking at some 29.5 laws for my 650 max. Maybe the 28 law, but hear I should go 29.5 not sure. Not sure which one to go with the outlaw original or outlaw 2. I would like to keep stocks rims but realize it may not be the best choice.
I will be doing say 60%mud and 40%trail hatfld wv. And 90%mud at home.

Also if there is a perfect rim based on high ratings/reviews please advise. Oh and best discounted place to buy this stuff lol

Relocated VR XP1K
I fabbed up a bracket. Mounted in front of the radiator. I used 2 washers on each side so reg is sitting off the bracket. Extended the wires. Trimmed the plastic to fit. I figured if it worked on my old 800. Why not my 1K.
