I know someone who is selling a 2000 Polaris Magnum 325 2×4 for $1,000. it is in really nice condition but the engine is making noise – not sure where inside the engine it is making it, but at one time he said the oil line blew off, and engine stopped from over heating, but does run.
I know about the oil lines on the Magnums — if it overheated and warped the engine, how much time and $$ would it be to fix? – I’m not a mechanic.
Would it be worth buying at $1k?

Working on a 08 Grizzley 80 and a mouse nest detroyed the foam air filter and the intake screen it sits on. If I use a KnN air filter do I still need the intake screen ? Or will the KnN replace both the foam and screen?
Still waiting for my ventracing donaldson air intake system to arrive. A plan question has popped up that I don’t have the experience and knowledge to answer. How about mounting the new air filter where the oem filter is now, then running ABS up to the left side of my 2011 800 s and mounting the oem filter as a prefilter. What I can’t figure is the air flow, will using two allow enuf air to enter the throttle body?? Pls help

I am a new member from Saskatchewan Canada just want to say hello everyone. I just joined the forum and am looking around and finding lots of useful tips as I am new to the atv world. been a Yamaha fan for years with the snowmachines and street bikes. Bought a 2014 grizzly 700 EPS in the fall and love it. It worked great all winter with the snow plow on it. Now that summer is coming hoping to get some miles on it.
