2001 Grizzly 600 lots of trouble

I traded my non running dirt bike for a non running ATV. I cant seem to get it to work. I took the carb out, took out the jets, they were flawless, put them back in and reinstalled the carb. that showed a little life but lots of back fire with throttle. So I adjusted the idle screw and the air flow screw and it idle good but still a loud pop with throttle. I let it sit for an hour and tried again and it wouldn’t start and it started to smoke through the air box. I opened it and it actually burned the air filter. why did this happen?

I want to buy your wheels and tires

Trying to find some 1k takeoffs, 29" bighorns on factory wheels for my 900. I’m sure someone has them taking up space. I’m in Pa and there are none around here. I’m not looking to get them for free but $850 is also pretty high. Anyone have or know anyone with them that will part with them. Have cash to burn. Thanks

Drivebelt SNAFU…FYI

My 900s had 230 miles when I took it in for the initial service. I told the service manager that it is always jerky when I back it out of the garage and still jerky when I take of slowly in low. Soon the jerkiness stops. The mechanic called and said the belt has a "hot spot" and needs to be replaced. They would not warranty the belt so I had them install the new Gates belt (from Hunterworks) that I had on hand. When I went to get the Razor I bitched to my salesman about the bad Polaris belt. He and I went to the service manager and looked at the belt they took off. It appeared perfect to us! (I kept it as a backup). They then test drove my Razor and noted the Gates belt was less jerky. Then they test drove a new 900s with 2 miles on it and noted it was jerky like mine was before the belt change! They decided the "jerkiness" is a characteristic of the new 900s!! I paid for nothing but the filter and fluids. This is FYI.
