snapping axles with mud tires?

Just wondering if anyone ran into issues with breaking axles while using heavy mud tires. I want to get a set of 27" mega mayhems but I’m worried about them being to aggressive grabbing a rock and snapping an axle. I ride up in mountains where the land is pretty Rocky and want a good mud tire

Need help with this clutch

Just recently bought an EPI mudder clutch for my 1000. After finishing the primary clutch there were two blue washers left on the compression tool. Not sure where they go. I don’t believe they are shims because if they were on the backside there would be nothing to space it. I’ve attached a pic. Any help as to where they go would be great.

A-arm mount bent?

Having a blast getting the rzr ready for memorial day weekend. Noticed some slop in my front upper a arm. It was sliding front to rear on the bolt some. Just replaced ball joints so wanted to fix this. Ordered the bushings and started looking after removing the arm. old bushings measure the same as the new ones. Decided to measure between the mounts and it is 1/16 to 1/8 of an inch wider on the left or loose side. Any advice on this? I have a bunch to do this weekend so any quick advice is welcome. Can provide pics if that will help.

95 Xplorer 300 4×4 won’t start

So far I have replaced the old fouled plug (cylinder has compression and there is spark), changed all fuel lines, put a new needle in the carb and a bowl gasket, as well as check for spark. On first round of trying to start it, I had the top cap off the carb and after a few pulls it started right up so I shut it off and reassembled the carb. After getting everything set to the factory adjustments for a base line, the wheeler won’t start up but the engine will spin over as if it’s about to take off. I’m no expert when it comes to carbs so any pointers would help, I’m stumped on what to do next.
