Can I load/unload my rzr in and out of my 5th wheel while NOT being hitched up to my truck?
I have never done this so I thought I would ask.
Thanks guys.

I have little over 2,000 miles and a little over 100 hours on my XP1000. What causes this sensor to go bad?
I ride in the sand, open desert and maybe a trail ride or two a year. No water or mud riding.
I am just glad it is not an expensive part and a quick fix.
I have a tool pack, air compressor, jumper cables, folding shovel, fix a flat, jack, spare, flashlight, first aid kit and extra belt
What else?

I started with the switch panel to the left of IDD. I am using all (6) rocker switch holes (2 OEM and 4 elective)
After marking the bezel with a Sharpie, I cut the dash bezel w/ a utility knife. My goal was to leave as much of the OEM [plastic] dash panel remaining as possible.

Ok, one down & one to go…after I get both of the switch panels cut in, the other pieces will be cake!

Above is the left side’s switch panel installed. Everything but the switch panels is very easy to do, and the switch panels themselves aren’t bad at all–very straight forward stuff..
The only issue I had was the (2) left holes in the switch panel cover to the left of the IDD were too small to accommodate my OEM switches. I measured these two openings with my Mitutoyo digital caliper, and they were ~.0705" smaller than the (4) other openings.
I approached JT about this, and he was gracious. I didn’t want the pieces replaced or anything, as the remedy was nothing more than taking my Dremel, and trimming the (2) left-hand switch openings.
**TIME OUT**
I heard an eerily familiar buzzing sound outside my shop…..below is what it turned out to be:

Yep, a 4 foot long coon-tailed diamond back rattlesnake….I prolly kill an average of 10 per year, here on our ranch.
Ok, ’nuff about that…back to it…

Pictured above is the final product.
I used a small flat washer on the back side of the holes that used the (2) long bolts (all but (2) are the same length). There is one long bolt on each of the (2) pieces that have the ‘.50 Caliber’ engraving. The holes these (2) bolts run though ended up being very close to a corner that’s molded into the dash, and I felt a flat washer on the back would help strengthen them.
Be sure not to over-tighten the nuts. They’re Nylock nuts, so just get all the slack out and quit ("tight enough" ended up being slightly more than a full tap on all but the (2) long bolts).
I believe the billet pieces help to liven-up the interior a little bit.
Hope this helps any of you considering a billet dash kit. They’re available for both analog and the digital dash.

Anything I should double check from the dealer?
Any recommendation on bumpers? I would prefer blue and the only ones I am seeing are the dragon fire. Worst comes to worst I will go with the black bumpers. Also any recommendations good or bad on roof? Can’t wait to take it out tomorrow!
