Thanks for letting me become a part of the "community". Ask me anything, I will never intentionally steer you wrong.

Tractor Supply has a pretty good deal on the Warn Vantage 3000 lb winch right now and I’m thinking about getting one for my 08 Sportsman 800 H.O. My question is will it mount right up or will I have to buy anything else? And also how hard will it be to wire up?
I’ve got a 95 sportsman 400 with antifreeze in the Counterbalancer. Is this a water pump seal and bearing issue? I’ve already replaced the head gasket and rings. Thanks for any help.
I normally just use OEM ball joints when I replace them. They’re $12 each and I know they’re decent quality. That said, this morning I pulled apart a 350 Rancher that I’m rebuilding for a neighbor and it had an odd ball joint that actually looks like an improvement over the stock design. It appeared to be sealed up top where grit and water can’t get down inside the joint.
Anyone know who makes this? I think I’d like to try some and see how they hold up.
