anyone here tried to fit a front gear case from an 2013 800 EFI to a 2013 500 HO?

I see they both use the same prop-shaft/yoke and same axle. To me it looks like it fit … but what about the gear ratio? Anyone know?

Wondering if Honda will offer more discounts soon than the $300 being offered now…I am wanting the FA6 and with dealer and Honda discounts it is still at around $8399 locally with $9149 or so MSRP…do dealers negotiate much and will bigger discounts come likely due to 2017 models rolling out?

Any help would be great. I have had trouble with my 2006 outlander 650 starting. I have power to the starter but acts like its not catching in side to turn the motor over. I installed a new starter thinking it was the problem. It still does the same thing. Any ideas on what to do?

Me, and a part of the fam are going to be in Northern New Mexico in a few weeks, shooting some guns in Raton at the Whittignton center.. Was thinking about taking the 4 of us on a day trip wheeling around somewhere,, but cannot find much for that area online.
Anybody from around the Northern NM/ Southern CO area know of a place ?

Do all the 850 models have the H.O. or do I need to look for specific trims or packages? Also reliability wise and performance wise much of a different in the prior year models of 850s? Looking to get anything from a 2011-2013 and wasn’t sure if I should holdout for one with the H.O. or steer away from it. Thanks guys can’t argue on the features for what I can find used vs the Can Ams.

I live on Long Island NY and nothing is cheap here and there isn’t many places to go to have tires installed. I have never done ATV tires before but I have seen a guy I work with try to get the tires off of his banshee and had our payloader driver use the edge of his bucket try to break the bead but he ended up destroying the rim instead

I have been calling around to the places near me to see how much it would cost to install the new kenda bearclaws I purchased. One place tells me they don’t install tires unless i buy the tires from them. The other store is quoting me $110. Per tire and that is with me bringing them the rims and tires already off the quad.

Is this an average price to have an ATV tire installed?

Hey guys new to working on fourwheelers just bought my first polaris sportsman 400. Its a 2004 model. Everything seems to work fine except my AWD doesnt engage i switch it on and everything spins including the front drive shaft so it seems the front diff isnt engageing. Ive read around on it on the forum still kind of lost and confused. The speedo doesnt work its currently unplugged as the previous owner did that. He said the awd worked for him so either hes yankin my chain or somthing just went bad on it. All the wires seem connected down by the diff theres a few random orange wires by the main cluster unplugged but thats about it. Any help would be great thanks guys.
