Hello everyone, I have a story for you guys and hopefully I could get some help before I BURN THIS QUAD.
So I got this quad used and it ran like a top and always started good and ran excellent. After a day riding with my daughter we took em home and decided to wash our quads. My daughter washed her 95 Xplorer 400 which ran perfect and every since then now it won’t start. Since this happened I have visually inspected the wiring and saw nothing crazy. Replaced the coil with a new OEM one (one bolt holding it to frame)… replaced the stator and pickup coil with one from Ricky… took it to a atv professional mechanic to get stator installed even and afterwards he told me I need to replace the CDI module. Sooo, I bought a CDI module and replaced it and still no start!!!!!! Did some searching on the web and pulled the black wire for kill switch and still no spark, also pulled the black wire from CDI and still no spark. I have replaced the spark plug with a brand new NGK one also… I did notice the cap end on the plug wire is in very rough shape and has been taped up but was like that before and ran.
I am pulling my hair out and have a easy 600 bucks into this quad and it still wont run. PLEASE help me
I just got a outlander Max 450 have 3 miles on it and from zero miles it has been acting like its missing and sounds like it backfiring in to the intake and in the exhaust when I’m decelerating. the other outlander my dad got a week earlier runs great. Same dealer.

What’s everyone running for the older solid axle bikes
With the 4/4 & 4×156 bolt patterns,
Thinking of getting black itp delta wheels & changing to a 12 inch rim from a 10 inch in the rear (will be running 25s all around so no problem with gearing etc)
Now let’s see them wheel & tire combos,
My factory’s on GBC dirt devils with I’ll be buying in a 25x10x12, for the new rears,
Will post a another picture when she gets the new kicks
Since the G2 rads are bigger than the G1 it has been suggested that I put one on my 2012 650 Max, which has a G1 frame. Does anyone know if the G2 radiator will fit without many modifications?

Howdy OHV friends. I took my family to the Cinder Hills OHV area in Flagstaff AZ yesterday and we relaxed and rode our 2016 Rancher 420 4×4 DCT EPS for several hours. First of all, this area is awesome if you’ve never been there. Second, I realized once again how family-friendly the Rancher is. I ride it in ESP mode all over the area, climbing monster hills and having a blast. Then my wife hops on and explores around with a smile on her face in AUTO mode. Then my 6-year-old and 9-year-old can’t get enough of it. The power steering and automatic transmission, plus medium size of the Rancher make it fun for the whole family. I know the topic of how old/how large kids should ride can be controversial, but for those looking into the Rancher 420, I would say from personal experience that the 4×4 DCT EPS version is very kid-friendly. TRX420FA2 is the model. Check it out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AGdzCfe1kp8
