Grizzly 660 lift kit options

Just got off the phone with Gorilla and found out they no longer make their 5.5 lift. Is there any other lifts on the market that includes a arms and axles? I have not been able to find anything. My quad was involved in an accident and has damaged arms and axles so I was looking for a lift that had them to kill two birds. Thanks

07 Grizzly 700 unexplained power loss

My brother in law is having trouble with his 07 700. Hits 70kmh in high and low. Hits 110 on jack stands so CVT is not the issue. Not developing enough power to get top speed while driving.

He replaced the piston and rings over the winter but I don’t think that is the issue. Has a brand new correct spark plug which still looks fine. No smoke from the exhaust amd no gas in the oil. No obstruction in the intake. Injector test produces the 5 clicks it’s supposed to. Fuel pump pickup sock is clean. Runs fine at idle and low speed but will not develop enough power to hit the top end. Hits the gumband in low, does not cut out or miss in high, just runs out of steam. He had cleaned the injector with carb cleaner when he had the motor pulled apart. Anyone run into something like this before? I’m thinking either fuel pump or injector. Local shop is trying to get him to do a leak down test but there’s no way that worn rings would be costing this much power and not smoking.

grizzly driveshaft problem!!

looking for some help with my 2003 grizzly 660. When i hold the rear brake to stop, there is a hopping noise, sounding like its coming from the front driveshaft. It sounds like 2 gears smashing into each other. I was thinking it was the well known problem of the teeth being worn out in the coupling or the prop shaft. But, it sounds internal. I am the kind of guy that likes messing with stuff and trying to fix it my self, but i dont want to screw something up because i am new to the machine. Any help would be great!

Tank Bag (Any Pictures)

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone uses a tank bag with a map window on their Outlander. I’d like to be able to look at a trail map without having to pull it out of my rear cargo bag. I was looking into the Quad Boss Reflective Series Tank Bag but wonder if it will even work with my machine (’09 Outlander 800R XT). If you use a tank bag, what brand do you use and do you have a picture you could share?

Thanks everyone!
