I have been looking at this thing until my eyes started crossing. I have no idea were to put oil in to this crankcase.
I put new rings in this engine, got it back together drained the oil out of a tiny hole in the bottom, maybe 15 drops came out, and now I have no idea were to put oil back in to it.
Craziness.
Anyone have any idea? Also needed to know how much oil to put in. Betting it will not be intuitive for me to find that out so I might as well ask now.

I carry a Ruger LCP 380 , because it is small , effective , hard to accidentally fire , and is smooth to help get out of pocket easily.
I would NEVER travel across ANY country , with my wife and kids , and not carry a gun. I do not care about the laws , I care about my 3 sons and wife , and feel its MY HUMAN RIGHT to do so , not to mention my Duty. No one will touch my children without a fight.
If you break into my home , I WILL kill you. In Wisconsin that is my RIGHT , and I will NOT be charged under our laws.

I am hoping for a little help by someone smarter than me. On my 500 the little battery indicator is flashing on the speedo. I checked the battery not running and it had 12.6 volts. Running the battery has 14.3 volts. I checked the voltage at the headlights and it has 13.1 volts. So to me that is all good. When I put my speedo in diagnostic mode on the charging page it only shows 2.6 volts. So to me that appears that the diagnostic is not receiving the correct volts everything else has. It starts every time and runs perfect but what would cause the correct voltage to not be getting to the speedo to kick on the indicator. Thanks for all help.
Hi guys, sorry if the question has been asked a million times over, but what is the valve adjustment specs for a 2009 Sportsman 500? Also, can I pull the flywheel cover off to turn the engine by hand? I removed all the bolts and it looks like it was siliconed on as well. Thanks.

The wire broke going into the frontwheel drive casing. I was told you have to buy the entire casing around 800.00. Is this true? If so what an design flaw. cost 1100.00 to fix a wire controlling the front wheel drive. Please help
I have a 2010 800 EFI that has broken the fuel rail for the 3rd time in about a year. The bracket around the bolt hole breaks, so it’s doesn’t hold tight on the injectors, thus spewing gas everywhere under pressure and won’t run. There was a bad motor mount I replaced about a month ago, which could have been the reason behind the problems. Any other ideas? That thing is a pain the replace.

the inner boot on my new 2015 ETX ripped. I have everything dis-assembled and now the new boot is here, i’m trying to get the bearing assembly off so I can put the new boot on the shaft. There is a small ring clip that i assume has to be compressed in order to get the bearing assembly off of the spline shaft. How do I compress this ring????????? I am going to try and post a picture, we’ll see if it comes through.
