Well got everything installed and went for a rip today. All I can say is holy smackers! Gotta say thanks to cantbuytime and everyone that helped. The cv tech is amazing. Gotta do some tweaking but holy crap. The lil 570 is definitely in beast mode. Lol. Never thought she would wheelie and be so quick. Ended up with 2017 spring and 2006 weights. I added some weight tonight to help get the rpm down. Hitting the rev limiter in low at about 45mph so I added about 2.5 g to each slider. Gunna see if it helps. Also got the red epi secondary spring in. I wanna be about 7200 shift out in high and I’m currently at 7500ish. Engagement dropped a little to 1750- 1800 from 1900 with the 2.5 g increase. Hope I’m in the ball park we shall see. Rjwc exhaust and fuel controller are perfect added some fuel in first and third zones. Buddy has a 800 gade and he rode mine today , said he couldn’t believe it was only a 570. Totally pleased with all the mods.
My 2005 trx350 rancher right hand tire is leaning inwards at the top and I’m not sure why any one else have this issue? The ball joints are good and I swapped lower A arms with me other rancher to rule out if it was bent and it still leans inwards. I haven’t swapped upper A arms yet as to it was a job swapping the bottoms. I was thinking of ordering a used one off ebay but want to make sure its nothing else that could be before ordering it. I know its not a tie rod cause that makes the wheel go left to right now toe in and out on the camber.
My 95 magnum will idle if I keep pressure on the throttle. When I let loose is stalls. I have tried adjusting the idle stop screw but no change. I is also running rich and I have the pilot screw at about 1.5 turns. Any ideas what could cause this? Thanks
Randy
hello, my wife’s 2014 recon front brakes are locked up tight. first here is some history, we rode about 50 mile trip on a beach in Galveston( I know salt and sand are not good for them) on our way back the tide came in and one of the crossings was deep about 6" above the top of the tires. we had no choice but to go though it. on way home like always we spray them good at the car wash. well it has been 2 months and found out last night it is locked up. where do I begin to fix it? what do you think is causing it? thanks
Hi guys my 06 recon 250 is having carb problems I bought a rebuild kit and changed everything but its not getting gas from the tank to the bowl. I clean it out best I could with carb cleaner and q-tips and also tried blowing air through it but no luck its stopped up. The lines was stopped up as well as the shut off valves but I was able to blast it free with some high psi of air but not working for the carb clogged. So my ? is i got it soaking in carb cleaner but if this doesn’t work then I’m going to have to get another carb which i seen them on ebay for 30 bucks not sure how good they work or anything but the rebuild kit coasted me more then the whole carb from Honda which there outrageous on there prices for parts! I should had waited on getting that kit in case i had to get another carb now I’m stuck with it.
So I’m having trouble with my gear position sensor, it shows park, reverse and neutral. When I shift into low or high, the instrument light stays on neutral, and while I can ride in low or high range, the bike thinks it’s in neutral and doesn’t send power to the front wheels, as the sensor is telling the computer it’s in neutral. Going to buy a new sensor, but can I wire it so the bike thinks it’s in, say high range all the time. Don’t have a wiring diagram, but putting 2 wires together to make the computer think it’s in gear shouldn’t be hard, but what else will or could that effect? The gears still select manually, the sensor just isn’t working, even if it thinks it’s in high, how will that effect reversing. … I don’t know. …

I’m wanting to get a chip for my 08 Rancher 420. Looking for more power and speed. Just wondering what kind I should be looking for and what’s the best? Don’t really know much about them.
