660 White Relay

03 660 Griz

Bought about a year or so ago. Not long after had to replace the white relay under the seat. Everything worked fine for a while. Bike sat for several months and then wouldn’t start or turn over. Gave a good charge on the battery so know that’s good. Same prob. Suspected it was the starter relay (or solenoid). Had a brand new spare, so put that on, but problem persisted. Suspect it’s gonna be that white relay again.

Anyone know what the relay does? Trying to search for it but it’s generically listed on parts stores as relay or relay assbly and I can’t find out much about it.

What causes it to go out? Wouldn’t think I should be eating through two in less than a year.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Rush Off Road

My son and I are are going to the Rush Off ROad jamboree in Rush, KY the weekend of 4/16/15 – 4/19/15. They have 7000 acres of trails to ride and I was wondering if anyone from here has ever been. I have a Grizzly 700 and my son, who is 9, has a Grizzly 125. I am wondering if he will have plenty of places to drive.

1985 TRX250 Utility Bolt Pattern

I am trying to mount some itp delta steel wheels on the front and I am having trouble. Apparently my bolt pattern is 4/130 on this machine. The wheels I got are 4/110. I found an adapter, but the lug nuts are too short to go through the adapter to be secured.

I went with the same setup (or so I thought) as goldjohn in this thread and I am trying to figure out where I am going wrong. I don’t see that itp offers the delta steel wheels in a 130mm bolt pattern.

Please check out this thread and see if you can figure out what he did to make it work. I would pm him, it shows he hasn’t been online in months.

I am almost done with this bike so I can go ride, but what I thought would be one of the easier things has turned out to be a nightmare.

660 a-arm bushings Race-Driven $100.00 Free shipping

I ordered these a-arm bushings and once I took my grizzly apart, I found it had new a-arm bushing of the rubber style installed but installed wrong. They were only pushed part way in. I pressed them in the rest of the way and they are good to go.

I do like this Race-Diven A-arm bushing kit, but no since in removing good parts to install these.

So this set it going up for sale.

I paid $105.00 delivered to my door. I will sell them for 100 delivered to your door.

They will be shipped from Central IL asap once payment is made by PayPal.

Today I will be in the hospital, but as soon as I get home I will ship if these sell while I am away.

You can send payment to sweetanthony@comcast.net. by Paypal. I will pay shipping.

This will be shipped USPS with tracking number.

Once this sells I will remove that email info.

Tony.
