Are Rotopax and Koblin fuel packs the same, just different name?
Going to mount them on the front to help hold the front from Wheeling.
Do 2-2 gallon packs fit together to take up the same size space as 1 – 4 gallon?
What’s the trick to getting the belt off, I know that you have to spend open the back pulley so that the belt goes down so you can get over the clutch , having trouble spreading open, kinda a dumb question but have only changed one belt one my old merc snowmobile back in the 70s, Thanks:nixweiss:
im going through my trx400 for summer and i found i have sand and pebbles inside my back tires. i dont get how they got in there without popping the bead off. never had a flat and the tires are stock. got it brand new last year. usually try and keep it around 5-6 psi. any ideas???
hello im new to this forum and in need of help. i am having extreme difficulties figuring out the wiring on this engine. i just picked up a go kart a few days ago and it has a 1997 polaris 400 2 stroke engine and i cannot get spark. after messing with the wiring it ran for about 1-2 minutes then shut off and wouldnt spark and i tried it the next day and it did the same thing, it ran for about a minute then out of nowhere it didnt have spark. and yesterday i was able to get 1 single spark out of it and since then i cant figure it out. i have tried eliminating all wiring except the cdi, voltage regulator, and the coil. which is all i want anyways but i cant figure out how to have it hooked up to each other and work properly. if anyone out there has any idea on how to bypass all the wiring and get some spark please let me know! it will be very very appreciated.
I am thinking about getting of of those rack extender baskets that hangs off the rear of the rack for more luggage space. but i am not finding much that will work for the 14’s and 15’s anybody using any of these products?
i am wanting for hunting season, usually i have one large waterproof gear bad in the middle and a 5 gallon fuel tank on each side of the bag along with other odd and end things. I am looking to still have the rack and have the basket for other bags or fuel.
Hey guys.. im having a custom header for my KFX450R made here next week and got to thinking about having one made for the Big Bear.. Has anybody made one before and if so was it worth it?
As for a rebuild question im getting ready to rebuild my wifes Warrior with a 10.25 piston and stage 1 cam and was gonna do the same to the big bear 400 since it smokes on start up and at higher RPM.. Figured id buy 2 of each in one shot . Iv got an extra warrior head sitting around and pondered rebuilding and running that head on the BB And but i was curious if running a stage 1 cam and 10.25:1 piston was worth it On the BB?
Its got enough torque with that low gearing as it is im just afraid of it not being reliable
