Outlander L 450

I’ve got a few questions on the machine on whether or not it will suit my needs. I ride on the river during winter, and may use it for plowing. I also go on trails which are sandy, rocky and some parts are muddy. Hows the bottom-mid pull compared to the v-twin 500 and what aftermarkets should be the first to be added.

Howdy All

Howdy from central Minnesota. I have been lurking in the shadows here for a couple of weeks doing some research before I entered the RZR world. I just brought home my first RZR last night. It’s a 2013 800 LE in my favorite color…. orange. I could not pass up the machine, it only has 175 miles on it. It’s a big jump from an 06 Arctic Cat 400 LE. I am already planning on several mods and different accessories that I want, of course my wife has the final say. If mama’s not happy nobody is happy. I am sure I will come up with some dumb questions but please bear with me while I learn the potential of my new machine.

One tooth off on steering hub

Hello guys and gals,
I just finished a complete suspension overhaul. Shock therapy stage 2 and special carriers on all 4 corners. Should have been my first upgrade!
Also got an Assault steering wheel/hub quick release setup. By the time everything was over, I ended up one spline tooth off to the right on the steering shaft going lock to lock as far as centering goes.
I have adjusted the tie rods to compensate and everything looks really good and straight. Less than 1/4" difference side to side on the threads.
So, it drives straight and wheel is centered but I know I can turn sharper to the right than the left by a small margin. Should I worry about this or not?
I figure I can gas it and drift around left hand turns easier than righty’s right?!
I really don’t want to tear up that sweet new hub with a puller…:rm_thumbdown:
