What years will interchange plastic wise with a 2002 polaris sportsman 500?
I have a 2002 sportsman 500 I bought that needs new plastics. Any idea on what all years and sizes will fit? I am looking a a 03 700 that I have heard both ways on if it will fit or not.

I am looking for opinions on this particular Donaldson filter for my 2008 rzr 800. The price is quite a bit cheaper than some of the others I have seen. Plus I have come across a used one for $75.

Clutch Rattle
I just put in a new wet clutch plus slugs, milled the drum, replaced the inner drum bearing and clutch housing bearing, shimmed 1.5, cleaned and regreased the clutches but noticed a rattle when accelerating in park. Is this normal? Noticed this before tearing into the wet clutch but just want to be 100% before I button her up.
Wife wants me to sell for possible RZR 900 trail or 900XC. Please help me choose.
Oh boy where do I start!? Well my wife wants to join my rides and loves the idea of a RZR 900. I would be trading in my quad for a RZR 900 if all the numbers work out… So far, so good.
So we went to look at the 900 RZR ‘s today and they had the 50" 900 trail and the 55" 900 XC. I love all the goodies on the XC, but I’m worried the 55" wouldn’t be allowed to ride on ATV trails with all my quad buddies. I think for sure the 60" 900 S is out of the question even though it does have the best suspension of the 3 units.
So guys my question is, are state trails really that strict to not let a 55" RZR on the 50" trails? Which would you guys choose of the 3 models? All opinions would be appreciated!

07 Outlander Won’t Start
I have an 07 Outlander 800 that I just replaced the fuel pump in. Before I replaced it I was cutting out at WOT. After I replaced it it ran fine for about an hour. The next day I get on back it off the trailer getting ready to go ride and it shuts off while I was sitting at idle. I tried to start it back up it and it would run for about 2 sec and die. If I hold my hand over the snorkel it’ll run but wouldn’t rev out. I got it back home pull the tank and fuel pump it seemed fine. I checked my fuel lines, injectors, plugs, battery and air filter. Now the bike won’t even start. All it does now is just turns over. Please Help!!!! I don’t know what else to do.
