Oil Reservoir Bolt Torque

I am replacing the oil tank on my Sportsman 500. I bought a used aluminum tank from eBay and was concerned about the history (and the black goo when I took off the drain plug), so I ordered a gasket and split it open to clean it out.

I bought the 96-03 service manual, but was surprised that replacing the oil reservoir or opening it to clean, was not included in the manual.
Questions:
Where can I find info/steps for oil tank replacement and cleaning out the oil tank?
What is the torque spec for the oil reservoir bolts?

2014 Renegade 1000 broke down
Went on a poker run and 10 miles into ride it acted like belt was slipping some and then won’t move at all now. H,L,R it just makes a banging sound inside where clutches are. Should be under warrenty so should I drop off at dealer or take cover off and see what’s up?

Need help removing the cover for the drive belt
Went to put on my new Gates belt today and could not get the clutch cover off. I removed the grease fitting on the upper control arm and the 8 screws holding the cover on. The cover was loose but I could not maneuver it to clear the control arms. I did not jack up the vehicle while trying to do this….not sure if that makes a difference or not. Would appreciate any tips to get the cover out of the way.

Which RZR to Buy????
I like the 1000, then found out a lot of the state park trails are ~50". I like the wider width. Will I be ok with a 900S that is 60" and can I modify it when needed, with different wheels, to reduce to 50"? NEED Suggestions…. Will be riding mostly in MO and AR.
