Hi all! Being that I live 40 minutes away from the nearest parts place, could anyone tell me what parts I might need to install my new air intake for my 2011 RZR S 800? Also, I’ve searched but couldn’t find where anyone has connected the Donaldson Air Intake to the between seats std air intake box, if anyone has done this could you privide parts list and an idea how you installed the assy? Carefully read here on using a plate to seal the bottom of the air box and like that idea alot!! Thanks!!
im looking for help on a project. does anyone know how to remove the light swithces and on and of. i wanna make it so its just a custome button to start it. i have a thether switch hooked up. and i was just trying to make it less messy and remount dif lights and a smaller switch. any help.

Hi All. Did a search and came up empty. Does anybody use wheel locks like the Mc Gard locks you use on your car rims? I had an old set and thought about getting a set that fit the Grizzly. If so, McGard part #, or what is the thread pattern on the 09+ Grizzly? I took it to the hardware store and tried to find a match. Nothing even in fine threads. In theory it might be cheap insurance/deterent. Unless you leave the key lug at home:icon_ goofy: Thanks, Ron
I am not able for the life of me to get the exhaust headers on my 05 Grizzly 660 to stop leaking no matter what I do. I had to take them off to do some engine work, and am attempting to put them back on. I replaced the studs because they were bent. I’m using new gaskets. Anyone know of any other tips or something I could be overlooking? I even tried running it straight pipe (no muffler) to see if the muffler was blocked up.
Does anyone know which order of dances I need to do to the Yamaha Muffler lords?
The only other thing I can think is would the bigger cylinder really be pushing that much more exhaust through it? Went from a 660 to a 686. I really don’t have the funds to replace the headers and muffler with performance right now though.
Is there something else that could be leaking that looks like it’s coming from the pipes?
