Hesitation at 50kmh

The engine cuts out and comes back on when you hold the throttle at 50km/h. It’s acting like its a relay opening and closing.

If you accelerate it doesn’t do it. I also thought that gas consumption has doubled. To verify I will have to fuel up. The gauge shows way lower than weve ever seen it with three bars left on it and only 80km driven.

What would cause this? Anyone else seen this before?

air shock stiffness

well my air system was giving me grief so to be able to ride it i removed the air shocks capped off the system and put on regular shocks.
i dont wanna give up on the air system completely yet, like the adjumstabiltity. so was wondering if anyone has experience with them or has also remove them,

my question is how stiff are the front shocks off the machine? i could lean on the front and compress them and they seemed normal, but once removed with no plugs in the air holes. i can lean on the rears and compress them like a shock should ( this is removed and pushing on shock against the floor) but the 2 front ones don’t budge. I’m 250 and can lift myself off the ground pushing on them and the don’t budge, is this just how they are or could this be my problem ?

Feeling the water

Well guys, some things have changed in my personal and I may have to sell my custom 2012 RZR 900 4 seater. I am feeling the water to see what it may be worth to someone who appreciates what I started.

I WILL NOT PART IT OUT, SO PLEASE DONT ASK.

What I have, and this description will not do it justice.
2012 RZR 900 4 seater. Only 20 hours on car.
Full custom built DOM .120 wall cage with front bumper, roof mounted light bar, tied to rear with spare tire mount. Spare tire panel is on heims, raises on gas strut for bed access
All custom fab aluminum panels, sides are 3/4 high, front to back, rear is all aluminum with light box, side panels, rear panel, front end is all aluminum one of a kind custom.
Dash is all aluminum custom with turbo gage pod.
Aluminum roof, with aluminum boxed switch panel that runs along top of cage, inside. Hex Zues fasteners through out.
5 Hella lights in roof mounted light bar and 2 more in custom front bumper.
Custom cage is powder coated and all aluminum is raw, sand finish.
I designed this car to resemble an old school race car, I wanted to look different

The stereo consists of 5 channel JL audio amp, 500 wats of real power, JL audio
10W3 dual voice coil sub, 6" Boston Acustic Pro separates with crossovers.
Amp and crossovers are mounted under the dash in a custom built heavy duty
rack. Sub and speakers mounted in SSV Works enclosures. Car is wired for rear speakers as well.
Custom heavy duty battery box mounted under the rear seat with a Kinetik pro sound competition battery, and smart battery isolator. Battery weighs 65 pounds and will power the sound system for hours and hours.
Miles and miles of custom wiring harnesses, wrapped in conduit, and double warped in heavy duty electrical tape. Car is wired for accessories galore. Extra fuse box and relay bank wired in.
PRP Baja competition seats, extra wide, heated in the front, PRP bench in the
rear, all with embroidered logos in the head rests. 5 point harnesses front and rear. Very, very comfortable.
Sommers Brothers Racing 300M rear axles with 570 CV’S just serviced by S.B. Plus 2 stock spares.
Holtz Racing billet engine and transmission mounts.

Here is where it gets good.
The engine is a K&T 975 big block, built by KingR here on the forum, 40 break in miles only. It has every mod you could do to it, all the best parts, Turbo Pistons race cams, the list goes on and on. The head is a wok of art, again, with all the best stuff, ported, polished, plus 1 valves all the way around, guides on both intake and exhaust, ect ect.
Motor was designed and built for 20 pounds of boost, no expense spared.
Clutching, 2 complete sets. First, STM RAGE 6 primary and secondary and TEAM rapid response with Polaris secondary with turbo guts and helix.

Turbo is MCX high boost unit with wide band kit and AER Gauge. Billet intake. Inter cooler has fan mounted.
I spoke with Trey at MCX and he can tune the turbo and build a fuel map good for 20 pounds, big hp, or keep it at 11-12 pounds and map it for pump gas.
THAT STILL NEEDS TO BE DONE!!
Also have an aftermarket radiator for additional cooling, plus the stock one.
Car is in the reassemble stage, 85% finished, and I believe I have 95% of all parts needed plus spares.

What’s it worth? Let’s talk. P.M. Any ball park offers. If we are close, come take a look.
Again, just feeling the water, and will not part out.
I don’t know how to post pics but I can email or text if serious.
THANK YOU,
RICK
