Dash bezel bolt size?

The dash bezel is held in/on mostly by those spring clip things that you just push in on.. the front of the dash bezel is held down by 2 torx-headed bolts…the bolts go into clip nuts. (I’m simply describing all this so you’ll know which piece I’m referring to)

Anyone know the size of these 2 bolts?

TIA!

WTB: parking brake bracket and lever

Hi , im looking for the parking brake bracket, lever and hardware to mount it to the rear caliper, OR a good working rear caliper with everything attached! It’s a 2001 400ex. Also looking for after market used front bumper if any one has one? Also heat shield for header pipe and bolts to mount it? Thanks guys! Dave

Thanks to all! I jumped ship for something different.

I wanted to thank everyone for their help and info over the past two years. I decided to sell my 850 Touring two weeks ago. There were many things I loved about it and I never had any major problems. Two things occurred that made my mind up.
First was a thread about the timing gear slipping on many of these. That was an issue that really freaked me out considering how remote I ride (often alone). Reliability is paramount and there has just been too many quality issues to read about. I know every manufacture has its issues. No need to argue, I’m not brand loyal. I’m very active on multiple forums and this one shows significant reasons for concern over others.
Secondly, I have been desiring a dirt bike. I started riding on three wheelers then on to four wheelers. I owned one dirt bike for a brief period is all. With over two decades of riding I don’t feel very challenged anymore. A modern two wheeler will definitely be a lot to learn in every form from riding style to mechanics and modding.
I went in today and picked up a 2015 Yamaha WR450F that I will be converting to street legal for dual sport riding. It will remain very trail specific in its mods though.
Once again thanks to all and best wishes! I will likely check in occasionally as this is a great forum and I still enjoy its members and topics. Who knows maybe I’ll buy another Polaris down the road. LOL

07 800 won’t idle…

So I have been working on this sportsman for way too long now. Fix 1 thing and another breaks kinda thing.

Here is what is new on it now:
Dynatek coil
Spark plugs
Tbap harness
Air filter
Fuel pump
Fuel filter
Oil and filter

Now it runs fine up high but stutters and pops and won’t idle. To keep it running I have to feather the throttle. Once the rpms pick up it runs like a raped ape.

570 front storage bag

Needed more storage for camping, so I came up with this, I like it because even when I don’t have the bag on the bike I leave the fastners in the rack and it makes for great tied own points.
