Well I finally got back to the ol stomping ground and I have to say they have improved that place a lot. But it did remind me why I bought the full skids, that place is rocky but awesome trails.

1988 TRX350D head bolts…

I am putting the top end together and I neglected to mark which flanged head bolt is on the exhaust side and which one is by the intake side. They are considerably different in length and dropping them in the hole did not convince me 100% where the long one and short one belong. The manual does not mention the different lengths either.

I forgot to mark them now I am stuck because I don’t wish to crack the cylinder by mixing them up

Can anyone provide me with pictures as to how they mounted a fuel pack to the front rack and/or the rear rack of the Scramblers. I have a couple of Kolpin fuel pack jr. and am looking to mount one on the machine somehow. I am guessing that mounting one on the front is basically drilling holes in the front rack and through bolting the pack mount to the front rack with a backing plate.

Took a ride last week to clean the cobwebs out of my head and What a Great Day of Riding it ended up being. Did 85 miles this day, but I have to admit, most of it was well maintained dirt roads, so I could scoot along at a good clip a lot of the time. :aniwheeler6:

Didn’t see many animals thou on this ride & I did see a few people. All in all, it was good to get out & be riding. :th_smiliethumbsup:

Last time I was out riding I turned it It Off and went to start it about 5 minutes later and it won’t turn over or do anything all of the lights on the display are coming on and showing where it’s going into neutral and reverse and is saying gear position on the display please help thanks
