I’ll start off by saying what the problem is and what I have done.

4×4 or AWD always seems to be on.

I have disassembled the front diff and nothing seems amiss.
Hillard clutch assemble is fine, cage intact and nothing obvious broken.
flushed and refilled the the front diff and it seemed to be working until this weekend.
back to 4×4 all the time.

does anybody know what the coil resistance should be at the plug ??

The switch seems to work as is should, the indicator goes on and off with the switch and well as the diagnostics screen shows the switch working.

I’ve kind of run out of ideas and a little stumped.
its a very simple system.
anybody else have any other ideas ??

I’m working on my friends 2003 trailblazer 250. The issue is the brakes lock up slowly. You can bleed them and ride and through out the day the handle gets stiffer and stiffer eventually locking all brakes up. It has had all brake lines replaced except rear. So I was wonder could the master cylinder be causing it?

Did somebody know how to erace the code on the pod ?

I went in the wood last saturday and after when i came back the engine light and EPS came on , i look at the fuse of the esp everything ok , i dont know the problem can you help me please !!

Blklab and I hooked up Saturday for a great day of riding. He swung by and picked me up at 06:15 and by 07:00 we were at the Country Cafe chowing down on some good breakfast! We then proceeded to ST Joe state park. It was awesome weather, cool and sunny in the am and reached mid 70s later on. This was my first ride of the season, but more importantly it was Blklabs first ride on his brand new 15 700 Grizz!!! This was his first ATV trail riding in a year! Last time we rode together was Easter last year when he still had his AC 400 and we haven’t ridden together since until Saturday due to an injury he had on the job.

Anyway we had a great day! Couldn’t get him to quit smiling,
so I’m pretty sure he likes the new Grizz. :icon_ goofy:

Listen outlaws, I know we all want to save a buck or two ?, and try to get our atv’s running as fast as we can ?, but..when it comes to certain parts for them ?..please…PLEASE..do not buy after market carbs..or c.d.i’s !!!!. they are cheap for a reason ?!..reason being..well..THEY ARE CHEAPLY MADE, AND WILL NOT LAST…OR EVEN WORK FOR THAT MATTER !. for what it cost to rebuild a carb ?, you can save a ton of cash, instead of buying these stupid china knock-off carbs !. they are a hit and miss. buy the carb rebuild kit !!. as for the c.d.i’s ?, yes..some are good, some may last a year ?, maybe even last more ?, or maybe even last a day ?, this is how those china knock-off’s work !. sure, you may save a 100 bucks ?, but is saving that 100 bucks worth it, when your miles from home ?..heck no !. STOP BUYING THIS CHINA CRAP !!!!!..IT’S NOT WORTH IT IN THE LONG RUN !. I know, your broke…just like me ?, soooooo ??..whats your point ?, if ya can’t fix it right ?..THEN DON’T MESS WITH IT AT ALL !. i’d rather sit at home, than be miles from home, wishing I had bought that dang OEM c.d.i. !!!!..lol. some parts we can skimp on ?, but when it comes to electrical parts for our atvs ?, well gang..this is a no brainer !!!..stop throwing money at the china knock-offs !!.

I’ve been browsing the forum for a while researching the 2016 700 as I am considering buying one. I know the earlier models were tipsy unless you installed offset rims or spacers. My question is, does the 2016 have a more stable wider stance than the 2015 in stock form? And is the 2016 a more comfortable ride?
