My wife’s Trailblazer has been killing her battery this year. I assumed it was a bad battery but I pulled the battery and pulled started it. The lights will only work when above idle. Does this mean a bad stator?

Scrambler front strut
I need a front strut. My buddy has a strut from a 2002 scrambler and mines a 1999 are they the same strut? Looks the same but I noticed the part numbers are different.
Brakes locking up.
I’m working on my friends 2003 trailblazer 250. The issue is the brakes lock up slowly. You can bleed them and ride and through out the day the handle gets stiffer and stiffer eventually locking all brakes up. It has had all brake lines replaced except rear. So I was wonder could the master cylinder be causing it?
Rear brake.
On my 99 scrambler after fixing the front brakes. I decided to check the rear. The rear brake does not work with hand lever or foot pedal. I get plenty of fluid pressure out of both bleeders with no visible air. So I know it’s building pressure. The break pads do need replacing but I’m thinking it should still grab. Any ideas?
