Hey everyone I am brand new to these forums so sorry if questions like this get asked a lot but I have a question regarding my jetting on my 2014 trx400x. I bought the quad brand new and I’ve had the quad for about 3 weeks and the mods that have been done include a full big gun exhaust system, moose high flow air filter, and no air lid. All done by me. So knowing I have to rejet I’ve been working on it for the last couple of days to get it right doing plug chops at idle, low-mid range, and WOT. The main I’ve come up with is a 200 main. Everything smaller ….the quad tells me it’s lean by the way it runs, pops on decel, and plug being snow white. At 200 everything seems great and the quad runs like a beast. My question is does that sound right for the mods that I have. A 200 seems a little fat. Also I am running a 42 pilot and dyno jet adjustable needle on the 4th groove. I am at sea level. Any input is much appreciated.

31″ OG Outlaws on stock Renegade XMR?
Hey all. Don’t have a Renegade XMR. Am considering picking up one this summer/fall. It’ll either be a Renegade XMR or an 850 XMR with some mods. Will 31" Outlaw 1s fit on a stock Renegade XMR? Enough clearance to the rear floorboards? Not a huge fan of Silverbacks…would ditch them as soon as I got the bike.

Front differential issues
Hey all – been a while since I’ve been on and it’s because the grizzly has been sitting idle. I’m not a mechanic by any means – a plastics engineering degree doesn’t really help me with this issue.
I started ripping the front end apart on my 08′ 700 this spring to change my bearings as I do about once a year. I noticed something odd on the right side axle. There was gear oil coated all over the inside of my fender. After doing some looking I found it was actually coming out of the vent tube and spraying down. Not really the main concern. Machine is on Jack stands….in neutral and in 2 wheel drive. He left side axle turns freely….the right side turns very hard and clicks. I removed both axles and inside the differential…on the left side…I can turn the gear with just my finger. On the right….it won’t budge. Is this normal? Shouldn’t both sides turn free?

2016 Kodiak vs 2016 grizzly 700
So is it just clutching between the two for the difference in felt power delivery? After my 2015 xmr 1000 burned on the 22 I’m trying to figure out which one I want. Sold the 700 to get the pos canam and now I want to come back home!
