Bought it new with a new honda brand windshield, after 50 miles the spring steel quick attach broke. Honda won’t warranty it and said they can’t even get the part. I would have to buy a complete new windshield for 150.00! Has anyone had this problem and know where I could just buy the spring steel piece? Quite disgusted right now…

Hello all. I took this quad in trade for an old dirtbike that I had. I.m not sure what year it is. I’m gonna guess late 90’s. It’s in decent shape ,but needs a good cleaning. Right after I get it running that is. It doesn’t have any spark. I’ve ruled out the fuse, the spark plug, plug boot and wire, and the coil. So where do I go next? Thanks

Hello all, kinda new to this forum thing so here we go. I have read a few things on fixing this starter. While holding down the auto start button and WHACK the starter with a med hammer it will turn over. taking this off is a real joy so far. I read all can be done on the pull start side so I jumped in.
I took off the foot plate and the pull guard and I can see inside there are 2 num. 10 bolts that’s as far as I got. I need help with the rest. is there more to undo that I missed…….Thanks
