Best idea so far is to clean it all up, sand the bottom side real good and find a piece of durable plastic I can shape and form to the bottom, and sand it as well. Then hold it all together somehow and epoxy the formed plastic to the bottom side. After curing, drill holes on both sides of the crack and thread wire through like shoelaces for support, pull tight and tie off.
Seems like I read about some kind of goop you could use in this situation but I forget what it was called. I believe it would take the place of the epoxy.
Right now I need advice on what kind of plastic to use and how to source it, as well as what kind of epoxy.

I have just over 1000 miles on my 2015 Touring 570 and love it, My kenda bear claws must have over 600 miles on them and they are wearing like steel so far, So how many miles are these being ridden on average?
Hey Forum! So today I was going to wash my rancher and I decided to stand the quad up, resting on the rear tires and back rack, to wash the floorboards and all that good stuff. Didn’t realize that the carb overflow line was leaking gas until I was done. And it basically almost drained the tank. So I put the quad back down fill it with gas again and start starting spraying water at it and me being the smart guy I am didn’t put the gas cap back and and I’m pretty sure the tank got some water in it. Not a lot but maybe 1/4 of a cup. Now it won’t start… What should I do?

I’m looking at possibly rebuilding a 600 top end. Unfortunately it’s been apart a bunch of times by the previous owner and the bolts are a mismatched assortment of crap and I will need to heli-coil afew of the holes. Where can I find the proper length, size, thread and locations for each of the bolts?

I just found that the manufacturing date of my bike is September 22 2015. But I bought it at the Polaris dealer as a 2016 model on April 2016
Is my bike really a 2016 model?
On vehicles you can buy a "next year model" since the last months of the previous year. For example you can buy a 2017 Silverado on November 2016 with no problem.
