I post on here before asking opinions and thoughts and decided on a set up. I actually bought 2 30x11s to test fit and make sure they would fit on the front before buying all 4 at the same time. Stock suspension 07 grizzly, with the shocks set all the way up. I have only taking it out once since the new wheels and tires and I am very happy with it. Anyways onto the pics.
Mounted one and this shows the difference before and after being mounted and 8psi
I have a 2014 Sportsman 570 EPS non-decent control. 2000 kms.. Hard riding in mud and water.
I’ve got a leak around the pinion shaft on the front differential. I pulled out my service manual and noticed the diagrams for the diff are different than my machine. Manual shows 3 bolts securing a cap over the pinion shaft where u can access the seal whereas mine doesn’t t have thee three bolts. See picture.
My question are:
How do i get at the pinion seal?
How do i assess for wear/damage to the pinion gear without disassembling the diff? Is "any" play in pinion shaft indicative of a problem?
Do i have ability to shift location of the seal if i encounter wear in the shaft? Or do need to replace the shaft?
Can i replace this seal without removing the diff (which would be a real PITA)?
Do i need to mess with the backlash screw if i don’t go any further than the seal?
Thank you so much for any advise or insight you can share.

Does anyone know of any problems with the Polaris Front Fender Bag? I know you have to drill 2 holes to install, but I wonder how well they hold up after years of wear and tear.
Thanks

Newbie question. Smoked the original belt this weekend. I do belive it was rider error. I went thur lots of thick mud and water about 1 mile later the belt started to slip and squeal. I stoped lots of steam coming from the snorkel on the right side. Bike won’t move. It runs but will only move forward. I checked the cvt drain there’s gear oil in it, maybe 3oz came out and some water. I’m sure the belt is toast but why would there be gear oil in the drain?? Any info would be helpful..

Purchased an 07 Sportsman 450 and the Reverse Override button does not respond when pushed to toggle mode or override engine rpms when backing. Headlight switch and kill still work just not the yellow button….does a guy buy a new switch for $100 or is there possibly something simple here?? Any ideas or experiences helpful, thanks in advance.

It seems the cable is stuck. I pulled out the split cable half to the carb and it is OK but the other half of the cable going to the oil pump seems stuck. There is a place where it has been rubbing and heat has got to it from the engine. Is this an easy repair to get the end out of the oil pump end? Thanks,Gary
