Choke cable

Hi, so I installed a new carburetor on a 84 Honda trx 200. Tried firing it up and no dice. Not even close to starting. petcock is in the on position. Its almost like there isn’t fuel getting to it? But I don’t think I have the choke hooked up correctly to the carburetor, Can anyone tell me how or have a viseo showing how to hook it back up? Thanks a lot! – Dave

Grizzly 700 changed wet clutch “rebuilt one way” now chattering

Alright so I blew my wet clutch, ripped it apart in a buddy’s shop and left the one way bearing on the wet clutch shaft and threw the cover back on for the time being. Long story short someone either moved it or started it I don’t know. So opened the clutch to put the new wet clutch in and find the one way blown apart inside grabbed the carrier and pulled the spring off, than collected all the bearings or what ever the blocks are considered and put them in no order back in and slapped the spring back in the slots

Put everything back together added oil started and chatter loud fast everything that made me cringe. Pulled the primary off thinking who knows maybe it’s way too tight. Same thing happened after I retightened.

Pulled the primary off and started it and what do you know chatter is gone.

Now I’m putting my money on that "rebuilt" one way bearing. As without the primary on there would be no belt tension on it.

What do you guys think also put the one way bearing back in with the green dot and arrow to the outside of the motor hopefully I just didn’t put it in backwards

Oil leak

I rode my 2016 outlander Max xt 1000 for the first time today since March. I was talking to my neighbor as he was admiring my machine. He has a Yamaha grizzly. I left and when I backed up there were two small oil spots on his driveway. My dealership service guy seems to think its the gearbox overflow oil. He says the gearbox on these machines is fill to the hole style. He says the first few times I will have some overflow.
No overheating issues. Unit seemed to run fine.
These were very very small drips. And very little accumulation of oil on the frame. I had to search long and hard to even find any drop spots.
Just wanted to what anyone else thinks.
My service guy says if it continues bring it in. Otherwise it should be fine he says.

2007 400ex clutch problems when cold

I recently rebuilt my motor and since I had the cover off I replaced the clutch plates only. The engine is now strong and it seem to run great at first. Now when the engine is cold the clutch will slip bad. It really will not move for a while. In reverse it will hit the rev limiter and craw and then when you put it in first it barely moves. Once hot it runs good but does seem to slip from time to time. Has anyone seen this problem? Should I just do a full rebuild on it? On the 400ex the last clutch plate goes into a different slot. If i did not do that would it have these symptoms? Just trying to figure out what it is before I tear it all apart.

Belt noise

I have a 08 Grizzly 700 eps. It’s got 1260 miles and 265 hours. I’m getting a bad noise out of the belt housing when I shut the Atv off. Need help. Could it be a just the belt, bearings , or is my clutch going out?
