Hi, I have a 2000 Polaris Trail Boss 325. It is new to me. Recently, the handlebars have been heating up after 5 or 10 minutes of riding. It’s only the grips and there are no wires or labeld switches leading from or to the grips. Let me know if you need any information or pictures. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

2016 Polaris 570 Touring Exhaust Wrap
Just picked up my new Polaris last week and haven’t put much time on her at all. One thing I noticed right away was the amount of heat billowing out of the right lower header area. It was quite significant, enough by the end of the ride (1hr) to have my right foot on the fender avoiding the heat. I’ve owned and ridin ATVs and dirt bikes my whole life so I to think that I have a good idea of what excessive heat is. Long story short not ceramic coating, going to try a good DEI heat wrap kit. Finished the wrap, happy with results thus far. Going to paint with sealant and reinstall tomorrow. I’ll report back with more info and Pics.
hot legs fix!!!
hi all, there was a couple guys that wanted to know what i was going to do so here it is. parts: silicone 45 degree elbow 2.75 to 2.25 inches got on ebay for 6 bucks, this part is the key. 1 1/2 to 1 1/2 rubber coupling, 2 inch braided hose, at first i was going to use the braided hose for the whole thing but its too big to get plastic on so i had to go down to 1 1/2 black hose that i had lying around. you need to cut about 1/2 inch off the small end of the elbow and off the 1/12 to 1/12 coupler. put the coupler inside the elbow and then a piece of the braided hose inside the coupler to reduce down to the size you need. the big end of the elbow will slide right on the machine outlet and i put a clamp on it. then run your hose accordingly. hope the pics help and i had to do it this way to get plastic back on right. feel free to ask any questions and i will help
i got all of the stuff at home depot except for the elbow..less than 20 bucks for everything.

EPIC Memorial Day Weekend Ride
Brown Mountain OHV Trail System
I had never heard of this place until a few days ago. We decided last minute to take a trip and happened to find this place online. Stayed about 2 miles from the trailhead. We had an awesome time riding for a couple days. Decided to take trail #9 down the mountain on the way out the final day (2 riders are not very experienced….neither am I in this way actually….but told them to be smart and follow my lines.) Trail 9 was a beast but fun as hell!! Any of you ever been here?? Have a few videos but I need to edit them a bit before sharing.

2012 rear axle removal
I am trying to replace a left rear CV boot on my 2012 outlander max 800(G1). I have watched every video and every read post I can find but I cannot get the axle out. I have both hubs off, bottom of shocks unbolted, and used a strap to "snap" it lose from the diff. I just can’t seem to get the axle to pull out enough for it to clear the diff so I can remove it. I left the right axle snapped into the diff, do I have to remove it as well to allow the trailing arms to drop more? Or unbolt trailing arms? In the videos they axle easily clears the diff, but mine won’t. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

570 For Sale
Looking to sell my 2015 570.😢 It has 30hr and 280 miles never been sunk, rolled, or abused. The only reason I’m selling is because I just bought a RZR. The machine has front and rear rack extenders, handguards, back up led, and $100 mechanics manual. I’m asking 5000 or best offer. The machine just had 25 hr service at Big#1 in Birmingham. Located in Warrior Al. call or text 205.305.8302.
