400EX front left wheel touching lower A-arm

Hey one and all. Been a little while since I posted here, but I had a question about something I noticed on the front end of my quad.

When I turn the bars to the stops to the right, there is ~1" between the inside of the right wheel and the back of the lower A-arm.
However, when I turn the bars to the left to the stops, there isn’t near as much room between the inside of the left wheel and the back of the lower A-arm; in fact the wheel will contact the A-arm with very little force placed on the wheel.

I’ve adjusted the tie-rods to equal length, both wheels at 0 toe. The hubs are good, the frame is great, but I’ve noticed that even when I’m traveling in a straight line, the bars are at a slight left turn. Holding them straight causes the quad to drift to the right. I tried dialing that out with tie rod adjustments, but it’s still noticeable. Any one component that could cause this?? I don’t think replacing the whole front set-up is necessary.

I should mention that it has an aftermarket steering stem (anti-vibe). I’m wondering if maybe the stem is twisted?
Anyways, that’s what I wanted to ask on here. Any and all input from the good people of this forum is greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Ed

First time ATV owner in PA

Hello Polaris Forum members, I look forward to learning more about Polaris ATVs. At this point, I will be using my 2014 Sportsman 400HO for a hunting ride and for refilling deer feeders. I found a machine with less than 50 miles on it and 24 hours on the engine. Can’t wait to learn more about it through the experience of the forum members. I suspect my interest will expand, such as trail riding, etc.

TRX200 Sub Transmission

Help. the 84 trx 200 wasn’t wanting to stay in high gear so I ripped the side cover off the sub transmission. I found the problem, a shift fork was worn down allowing the reverse slider to come up out of the driven gear, problem is when I puled the cover all the gears and thrust washers fell out. I’ve got the Honda manual and know how the gears go but putting the washers back in is hard, I don’t have as many or the same washers that the Honda manual is showing me I should have and I can’t figure out where they all go. If anybody has another manual or can help somehow please do. I’ll take some pictures here in a bit.
