Hey guys! New to the forum and my project 2003 trailboss 330. I bought it non running. Took plastics off and the quad has def been tampered with. Only 1 line on the fuel pump. (doesnt seem right) I cant for the life of me find the dorrect line diagram or good pics… Any help?? Pics attached.

I’ve ridden several quads in the past. None have I ridden put out the amount of heat on the right side like my 2916 570 Sportsman. Is this normal?

Any one else not to happy with the 1000s air filter set up. I’m just not a fan of the way the filter is held in place. I think it needs some kind of clamp to insure it doesn’t suck dust around the seal. Does anyone know of a better set up? My 500 has a clamp on which I feel better about. I know it’s tight and not relying on the end cover holding it in place. close the cover and hope for the best I guess. I have e replaced the paper filter and outer wear with a UNI and oiled filter skin. But that still doesn’t do anything about sucking dust around the seal. Anyone else have this concern?

Inner and outer ball joints have no play but my handlebars have a good inch of play!
What do I need to tighten up or replace.

I have noticed a grinding noise coming from rear brakes. I bleed the system and have tons of handlebar and foot brake but still have the grinding noise. I am leaning towards the pads but still have apx 1/8" possibly more of pad left. I also cleaned up all the slides on rear calipers. Any help would be great.
