Hi all….I have a few questions, if y’all wouldnt mind, My cooling fan quit on my 2002 sportsman 700 and the plastic "T" connecting the radiator hoses blew out. The first question is, Can I replace that "T" with any other type material? Is the stock one made of a certain plastic designed to "break away" if over-overheated? The second question, Is there any reason I couldn’t use an aftermarket auxiliary 12v automotive fan in place of a stock fan?
My fan doesn’t keep up
I have a 2009 500 H.O. that will over heat if you ride for 30 minutes continuously. Anyone else have this trouble. Its done it since it was new but since I use it more in the winter months I forget about it. I have more and more need for it here lately and would like to get this figured out. Thanks.
