My steering stem snapped just below the bars this weekend. I’ve picked up another one but now i’m paranoid about it happening again. Anyone have this problem with advise on how to beef it up? Scary stuff.
I’m stumped… It’s blowing coolant out of the overflow even before it gets hot, no temp light comes on until it blows all the coolant out.
It’s building up a lot of pressure in the radiator and blowing coolant.
I’ve burped this thing several times through the would be t-stat housing until I get coolant… fill the Rad and do it again,, constantly keeping the rad full. No matter what, it blows coolant.
The fan is wired through a switch and runs good, pulls good air, Rad and oil cooler is clean/mud free.
Anyone have any clue??? I need help
My 14 570 sportsman starts and revs fine, but will not take off with any speed in high or low gears. Reverse works fine. When I try and take off, the engine revs up, but the bike barely starts to creep. It will eventually get up to speed but the take off is terrible. Any help would be appreciated because I am a novice toworking on it.

I upgraded wheelers and landed a 850sp. I have a few tire & wheel questions.
– What size tires can I fit without worrying about spacers, lifting, etc? This is on the stock rims.
– If I were to go with a rim/tire package, what kind of offset do I need? If I went aftermarket, I would likely look at 27’s of some sorts. I would think 28’s and I would have to look into a clutch kit from RVS.
– Last, could I throw the stock rims/tires from the 850 on the 570eps or will there be offset issues with the different rims and 26’s vs. 25’s?
Any pics of peoples 850sp’s or xp’s would be great.
I’m looking into some hid conversion headlight kits. I have a cheaper light bar and it was a huge improvement from just stock lighting but now I want more !!! I’ve seen many kits on line eBay, amazon , ect…. With so many to choose from, I’m not sure where to start . I want good quality but not to break the bank ! Let me know what you have and why that particular set !! I’m hoping I can get something nice under 100$ ….

What are folks using for ATV storage/cargo bags? I like the looks of the ATV Tek bags, with the internal frame. Any feedback on these?
When installing a gun boot and/or gun grips, the Outlander L racks can be a bit of a challenge. Instead of being made with all tubular steel, there are some flat areas of reinforcement that don’t seem to play will with traditional u-bolt mounts. Are there special Can-am mounts or brackets that go onto these racks?
Hi all….I have a few questions, if y’all wouldnt mind, My cooling fan quit on my 2002 sportsman 700 and the plastic "T" connecting the radiator hoses blew out. The first question is, Can I replace that "T" with any other type material? Is the stock one made of a certain plastic designed to "break away" if over-overheated? The second question, Is there any reason I couldn’t use an aftermarket auxiliary 12v automotive fan in place of a stock fan?
