Home assembled toy hauler

This is my tandem dual 34 foot gooseneck trailer with a 20 foot camper permanently mounted. It has a 6 foot spread on the axles to reduce weight on the pin. I set it up for dry camping with a generator and a second fresh water tank. I removed the tongue and axles from the camper and built a subframe to support the camper as it would be it it were on the ground. I used the subframe to lift it by leaving the frame beams extra long on all 4 corners. Once it was on the flatbed I cut them off and welded it. It am not done with it yet. I want to add additional black water storage and skirt the bottom of the camper to give it a cleaner look. Here some pics of the build.

Labor Day Weekend 2016

You should have seen the ATV’s and UTV’s on trailers on I-10 and I-12 Friday evening in rush hour traffic getting out of town , it was unreal , they have big parties with bands at every Mud Park in the area and this is tax break weekend on a new purchase of a ATV ———– What’s going on in your area ?

WTB 86-89 Honda TRX 350D parts

I am looking for a few parts for a rebuild project on a 87 Honda TRX 350d.
Looking for:
-Fuel pump
-Ingnition module
-Fenders
-Air box
-Starter
-Passenger side rear brake cable
-Combination switch

Thanks in advance guys, first timer on here for my dad. He is a master mechanic and rebuilds these things back to brand new. I know I can find stuff on eBay, but looking here for better prices first!! Let me know what you have and how much you would want!

New Tires! AMS Slingshots.

My Interco Reptiles served me well. I have 10200kms on them and the thread is still decent, but they would pretty well all go flat over night.

THE WORST TIRE

I use the Grizzly a fraction of what I used to so I was looking for a cheap replacement. I came across the AMS Slingshots on sale for $500 tax in and installed. Around here you would be hard pressed to find anything cheaper. I stuck with the 26×9 and 26×11 sizes. These are 6 ply bias ply tires and not radial. They seem to weigh less than the reptiles but I don’t know the official weight.

First impressions are they should do better in the mud than the reptiles. The lugs are soft and my expectations are low that they will last long. I am going to try and avoid pave as much as possible which I can’t say I did with the reptiles. I only went about 10kms with them last night. Over 80 km/h on the pave they were a little unstable feeling but I suspect that they will smoothen out after breaking in. In the hard pack dirt they seemed to hook up surprisingly well. I can wheelie again on the dirt where as before the rear tires would break loose. I climbed some little sand hills in 2wd and so far am impressed.

I’m going to get a lot more miles on them over this weekend so I will give a update on how they perform.

04 sportsman 600 no fuel flow

Just picked up a 04 600 and the fuel isn’t flowing right. It will start and run if I spray fuel in the carb so I pulled the lines and the fuel is barely coming out. No fuel coming out of the carb bowl drain either. I notice that the fuel tank only has 1 line coming out of it to the pet cock. Is that correct? I thought there were suppose to be 2 fuel lines.
