I have a 2003 Sportsman 700 Twin. My battery went bad so prior to changing the battery I heard a pop and now my Head lights and Tail lights don’t work. I checked the 2 silver circuit breakers in the front and I have power coming in and going out on both. Can anyone help?
I just ordered a replacement rear hand brake cable for my 2014 700 grizzly. Assuming the only brake cable on the machine is the one that links the rear hand brake to the foot pedal. The replacement is nothing like the original, is this normal, I don’t see how it will fit? Original has 45 degree bend at hand location, replacement is straight. Original has threaded adjustment on cable conduit, replacement has threaded adjustment on cable itself??? I double checked part numbers and they are right. (Motion Pro 05-0192)
Hello all, new member here. I won’t get and answers and disappear. Member on other forums unrelated.
I looked through several to avoid starting a new thread but can’t figure it out. 2012 grizzly 700. Not power steering. Want new tires and need size recommendations. Going to use the stock wheels and zillas. Not lifted or anything. Don’t want to have clearance issues but anything bigger than stock would be cool without having to modify other things. Going to plow with it, not sure if that matters. Open to suggestions and feedback. Thanks in advance everyone. Justin.
So i snapped a front CV axle a couple weeks ago. Finally got around to replacing it. The guy I bought it from said he replaced the front axles with sixity axles and after some good reviews I just ordered a replacement from them. They look drastically different though so just wondering if anybody can shed some light. The inner cup is the main concern as the new on is a lot shorter and flared more on the end. Anybody have any ideas or should I just trust them and try to install em. Seller prob didn’t change em out to be honest.
Also, after spending a couple hours trying to get the old one out, I finally went out and bought some Nano ProMT penetration oil. Let it soak overnight (and without much expectations) but two yanks this morning and slid right now lol
Update guys, took a closer look at the smoke and it looks like its coming from exhaust pipes. I sprayed everything with WD40 weeks ago, could that be the problem?

I need to replace both output shaft seals at the engine side. I have looked through this forum and on the diagrams but I cant for the life of me find the correct part number for these.
Bike is a 2009 Can-Am Outlander Max800 XT
Front seal has "25-47-7" on it along with "FP" and "GP" and "8"
I haven’t gotten the rear out yet.
2016 Rancher cut off on me today while riding to the duck blind, would not restart. It cut off, and lost all power. No lights on dash, no power to anything. Had to push it 1/2 mile back to the truck….
I have checked the battery and the fuses. All is good.
Still under warranty but I would rather not take it to the dealer if it’s something simple.
I did put a winch on it myself a few months ago. No problems since, im pretty sure I did everything right.
It did sit out in the rain all night prior to duck hunting.
What else is there that I can check before taking it to the dealer?
Thanks for any and all help. Extremely dissapointed this morning…
Made me a bow holder today. Those Qlinks are nice, but they are not as strong and sturdy as I had hoped. I’ll see how it goes. I don’t think I’m going to like the vibration on my bow, but I’ll give it a try. Otherwise, I’ll just rethink it. I wanted something easily removeable. Just a way to carry my bow on the way to my stand.
