I have a pile of parts to put the front end of this bike back together and I am trying to get the steering knuckle off to change the bearings and ball joints. All went well until I tried to slip the axle out of the steering knuckle. Doesn’t want to budge. I am looking for a magical clip or something but don’t see it. Is it just stuck and in need of concussive therapy? I didn’t want to beat on it too hard until I consulted the almighty oracle that is the Can-amforum. Let me know if it needs a spanking or if its me that needs it. Never-mind my proclivities though just wanna know how to get this apart.

With the ultramatic just how slow can you creep along without feathering the throttle? Walking speed is around 3mph. Can these stock quads get down to that without doing mods to the clutches?
Hello, I have a 2003 Polaris sportsman 500 ho. I have been having issues with my battery symbol flashing on CV my odometer. I have a new battery but after riding for a while it starts flashing. I noticed the red wire from the rectifier isn’t connected and it has a different connection than the other wires. Does it supposed to be disconnected? Any help would be appreciated.
we were out riding the other day and a buddy with a 2016 700 grizzly got a code 30, engine stalled and would not restart. Lean angle sensor was the culprit, dealer said the sensor itself had corrosion inside it. Machine is well kept, always kept inside, never submerged etc..only 600 miles on it. Is this common, there are 6 other of us 2014 700’s should we be leary of this problem or has something changed in the newer ones. WOuldn’t want that to happen 50 miles away from civilization.
