Since I bought my 570, the seat has never fit properly up near the gas tank. I don’t having any melting issues, but the gap near the tank bugs me. I thought I read on some posts that some have replaced their seats for similar issues with a new seat from polaris. I asked my dealer about it today, and he told me that the same part number comes up as the seat that is on my machine. In other words, he doesn’t know anything about an updated seat.
Hasn’t anyone replaced the seat because of the improper fit? If so, is there something different with the new from the old and did the new fit the way it should?
I just found out my timing chain is super stretched and causing the timing to jump. This has been a problem since I first took delivery of it. Anyone have an idea what would cause this? Im still running the stock cam tensioner. My car has about 300 miles on it and has been consistently in the shop trying to figure out why. Now my dealer says they need to pull the motor to replace the chain. According to my dealer (who is excellent ) this is the first they have ever seen something like this. Any thoughts?
Anyone know what changes canam made to the 2011 xmr rear diffs? Part # changed. They went from $715 to close to $1000. Dealer about to replace mine and i was curious to see what they changed. They needed to upgrade something from all the reviews i’ve read!
Any suggestions on a 14" rim tire to keep about same ride height as the Silverbacks, but in something like a Rotctane, Bearclaw or other trail tire? I’m mainly looking for the specific sizes that would allow me to keep my same ride height.
My 2015 900XC was not connecting with GPS satellites on the interactive display model. After much research I have found that other people are having this same problem. I checked the wiring on the front firewall and sure enough the GPS receiver under the hood was plugged into the diagnostics port. I unplugged it and plugged it into the plug going to the display and it worked. Hope this helps others having this issue.

Anyone running Iridium or E3 plugs in their Outtys? Has anyone upgraded their plug wires? I’ve read several forums and haven’t found any definitive answers on whether or not it is worth it to upgrade or just stick with stock NGK plugs. I’m also curious if it makes sense to go with some better silicone plug wires.
Picked up my new Outlander 800XT today and I am stoked!
I almost went for that new polaris 1000 but all my friends who have had them are now riding can am and all said they wished they hadn’t waisted time on the polaris.
I saw mine sitting next to the 1000xp and the Can Am styling is just way better in my opinion.
