This video shows what happens when a poorly made roll cage meets the ground. Not a RZR but not much heavier than one. Triangulation, welds, mounting points, materials, etc. Very important stuff!
ATV Poker Run in Pa.
Hi everyone. The Volunteer Fire Co. I belong to is having our annual atv poker run. This is our big money making event for the year. It’s a + or – 33mile run through the coal lands and woods of Cass Twp. Pa. Last years event had over 600 riders, some from as far as Long Island,NY. Atv’s and Utv’s only.
This is our preliminary flyer. Facebook addition in the works. We hold this with the help of our brothers and sisters from Minersville Fire and Rescue since most of us also belong there and we just don’t have the people to do it on our own.

Clutch Noise with Video
Ok, because I’m a newbie to my Grizzly, I’m looking for some help figuring out what this noise is. I took the clutch cover off and this is what it sounds like. It’s a slight noise in neutral and a pretty loud clunking noise when I de-accelerate and come to a stop. Any help would be great please!

I’m having a clanking noise, almost like a clicking or light knocking when I come to a stop. Machine runs strong but this noise just started, any ideas? Even if a rev it in neautral, when it makes it’s way to idle, it give a slight noise as well.

Making the Polaris Heater Blow Both Defrost and Floor
I just bought a 2015 RZR Sunset Red EPS 50" Trail. Very excited to get it back from the dealer with the accessories installed.
The Polaris heater unit (2880534) doesn’t look like the picture in the Polaris accessory catalog. The new heater unit only blows one direction – onto the windshield for defrost. I’ve been told that some people have reversed the connections to the heater fan permanently to make the heater blow air down onto the floor which is a much more effective way of heating the occupants.
One modification I am working on is to install a dash switch (a basic on-off rocker switch) to controllably reverse the polarity to the fan on this unit. This will work by using a SPDT relay to each of the two fan wires. Assuming this works properly, my dash switch will control the direction of airflow – up is windshield defrost, and down is floor heat.
Has anyone else done this?

Da family guy! Is a rzr for me ? I was excited watching Utube until I saw fire ?
Hello everyone. New to the forum. I was interested in purchasing a 2015 rzr 1000 4 seater. I was enjoying utube until I saw these things on fire. I have youngsters and a wife. Is a rzr for us ? Fire ? Fire ? I am worried I cant remove the children fast enough in a emergency? Only some models are more likely to catch fire ? Please advise ? Thanks
